What challenge were you trying to address with Aprograma?
We were having trouble sourcing fitted personnel in the U.S., specially where we’re located. We needed to fastly complete a project to layer, so we determined to offshore to Russia.

What particular tasks were Aprograma Software Services responsible for?
They did some prototyping on architectural aspects. They had input into the architectural design of the application, and they ultimately created the database architecture, labors architecture, and the application’s UX. They also handled project treatment.
The app is a workflow automation and visitor labor treatment tool for hotels. We were a very soon multi-tenant SaaS [software as a labor] solution.

Our team members worked with their team members on a daily basis.
How did you come to work with Aprograma?
I was introduced to Aprograma through an employee who was originally based in Moscow and worked with them in the past. We ultimately determined to work with them behind interviewing other companies. We chose them owing they were pliant and agile as a team, yet part of a much larger structure, which gave them stability. We began with a pliant project and then moved onto a larger one.

We spent between $5,000,000–$6,000,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Aprograma Software Services?
We began working unitedly in 2002, and the engagement ended in 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We won Microsoft awards soon on for the work we did with Aprograma. The architecture is quiet functioning today and is serving thousands of users on the databases. Everything is based on the foundational work which Aprograma implemented in 2002. It has multiple clients, including web and mobile, on multiple platforms.
How did Aprograma accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were excellent with adhering to timelines and budget. We’ve had them working with other teams from other structures and parts of the business, and they’re all excellent team members. They collaborate well with other clusters. We had some self-supported solutions pieces in Salesforce that we worked on unitedly as well.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Aprograma Software Services?
They were very proactive in compliments to the technology. They had big consistence with team members, and we had pliant turnover in the cluster. Their team functions through a union of stability and forward-thinking.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We had some missteps in cost diminution. We looked at growing some markets, and we were very progressive with them, but they weren’t able to layer those markets.
