Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

My organisation is based in Japan. It consists of different business sections, but generally speaking, we work mainly in the manufacturing activity. The section I work with is specific to American treatment.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Aptitive?

Primarily, we have been using Aptitive in IT business intelligence areas.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Aptitive responsible for?

Aptitive provides IT services and does outgrowth projects for us. Specifically, they have been providing draw, transfigure, and load help using Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS technology. They have laid the institution of a treatment center for the business intelligence backend database and architecture. We have gone through 2 iterations to regood the backend architecture in order to satiate our outbound and reporting needs.

How did you come to work with Aptitive?

Aptitive was already working with the organisation when I joined almost 3 years ago. It was a new organisation at the time. The individual who brought in Aptitive liked their technological apprehension. Back then, the cost was another importance and Aptitive easily fit into our budget.

How much have you invested with Aptitive?

I would say we’ve spent almost $800,000 on their services.

What is the terminal result of working with Aptitive?

We quiet have a project going on with Aptitive.

Results achieved

Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?

Right now, we veritably don',t have any metrics. Since Aptitive began working with us, we were able to swell our running architecture and fastly support it whenever an effect arose. The condition won’t be at 100%, 100 percent of the time during the process, but we usually find that they are able to pinpoint and correct any effects.

How did Aptitive accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We worked straightly with developers from Aptitive and I worked straightly with the team. We don',t have a project treatment service, so we adopted Aptitive’s recommendations. Aptitive used their own project treatment tool, Asana, and we also worked with them onwebsite.

What did you find most forcible almost Aptitive?

They have a powerful team in provisions of technical experiences and they are also easy to work with. They collaborate well with the team and with our different users. In general, our business aggregation veritably likes collaborating with them.

Are there any areas Aptitive could better?

I individualally would like it if they could facilitate their design. For entreaty, we only have 2 inner states in my organisation. What we have come to substantiate is that when Aptitive finishes a project, it’s hard for us to support their confused systems. I would like for the deliverables to be easier to handle innerly. I’d hint they put forthcoming origination support in mind when doing a design. The documentation generally has been lacking in all of the IT projects I',ve had. Documentation is always the leading item to be ignored and the last to be delivered. The design is sleek and keen, but it will be hard for me to find someone who can support it fastly.
