With nearly two decades of shopper marketing experience Picard is directly responsible for the growth and development of Arc North America. In her role Picard focuses on delivering against the ’Commerce’ pillar of the Leo Burnett Groups positioning platform Culture Context and Commerce. Previously the team lead for Unilever Shopper in her role as managing director at Geometry Global Picard brings to Arc Worldwide a deep-rooted understanding of the space and a proven track record of agency growth under her leadership.

As Arc Worldwides inaugural Chief Strategy Officer Harris oversees strategy with a focus on marketing to shoppers across the agencys portfolio of clients including Coca-Cola Dunkin Donuts Intel MillerCoors and Pamp;G among others. Dedicated to inspiring creative solutions that drive behavior-changing irresistible commerce Harris also leads strategy on the agencys new business efforts. Harris has spent more than 12 years developing and implementing a wide range of brand strategy and shopper marketing solutions for Arcs portfolio of client products and brands.

With diverse experience across categories and channels he is most inspired by creating connected brand experiences that seamlessly unite the digital and physical. With endless innovations and emerging platforms at our disposal Chris believes this is truly the most exciting time to be in our industry. His work has been recognized by nearly every award show including Effies and Cannes Lions.
SVP Group Executive Producer
Fry leads the retail production group for all of Arc Worldwide Chicago servicing clients such as Coca-Cola McDonalds MillerCoors and Pamp;G. Fry also sits on the newly-formed Publicis Communications production board. Over the past seven years Fry has implemented strong foundational processes and service models that have helped to elevate both Arc and its clients products and brands. Notably Fry has lead the productions and teams that have helped Arc win numerous Effies Reggies and POPIA awards including the 2015 display of the year.
