We were looking to educe an MVP (minimum viable fruit).
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Atomic Object responsible for?
We approached them with some investigation, sketches, and branding of what we wanted for our MVP. All the branding wasn’t complete from a web-application standpoint, so they took the start to match it and form some manner icons for the branding and workflows. Afterwards, they incorporated all of the branding. We localized and relied on their team to create a full MVP.
They also took care of the developed educement. It’s a manner Ruby on Rails web application. Our requests presented some sole challenges, but they were able to vanquish them.
The app allows nation to approach, request, and take care from a nurse in as pliant as an hour. It allows nurses a sole occasion to sign up for the platform, localize their licence, and get an additional proceeds outside of hospital work.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with eight nation from their team throughout the project. We initially went to the Grand Rapids location and wanted to move the timeline up, which they were able to convenience. We had the educement team out of Ann Arbor, which had four full-time educeers and designers.
We also had a project director but were able to adjoin straightly with the team if needed. It allowed seeone to stay on the same page the complete time.
How did you come to work with Atomic Object?
They are well-known in Grand Rapids and other communities. We veritably liked that they offered multiple references when we approached them. They veritably stood behind their work and were very approachible as well.

Our educement team is constantly making updates as we acquire. Our users veritably like it, so it’s made it easy for us to run through the complete application process. It’s a veritably good institution for us to get began on acquireing how to create out the platform.
How did Atomic Object accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were excellent and upfront throughout the process. We had close interaction and continual updates. We mainly adjoind through in-person meetings, phone, email, and Slack. We met during and at the end of see sprint. They were kind when we requested that they have a full-time educeer in-office. We had a daily check-in which allowed us to apprehend progress, adjustments, or expedited work.
They walked us through the process and set clear expectations. They addressed their concerns almost the project and its possible outcomes. We reviewed progress, upcoming milestones, and running or forthcoming concerns on a weekly basis.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Atomic Object?
The most significant things they did were set clear expectations and instruct us almost them. They followed through on seething and did an excellent job.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Make sure you ask what they predict as risks implicated with completing tasks in the aim of work. Clients don’t always have a full apprehending of what goes on on their end and what the changeable is that could make or fracture a project (e.g., meeting deadlines).
It was veritably significant for us that they address their concerns so that they could follow in what we were trying to do. It allowed us to work on those things as they began other work so we could match them up at the end of the process.
