Seans mission as Chief Marketing Officer is to introduce AEGs unique offerings to as many people as possible! With a passion for creating memorable experiences and building long-term relationships Sean loves everything about the event industry and especially enjoys sharing his experience with the rest of the team at AEG. Co-Founder Ashley Miller (aka Rose) serves as the Chief Venue Guru at AEG managing relationships with our 35+ Venues across Orlando Nashville Tampa and Minneapolis-St Paul. Ashley has been in the event industry since moving from her hometown of Pottsville Pennsylvania (the home of Yuengling!) to Orlando back in 2007. Ashley thrives on creating unforgettable parties at the most exceptional venues. Ashley leads the AEG team with a positive proactive approach and teaches by example that first impressions are in fact the most important characteristic of a sales professional. Understanding that every person is a potential client is what feeds her enthusiasm to apply that idea to unique venues! Rose Knows that the sign of a successful event is when you cant wait for the next one!

Co-Founder Jill Vance has always found herself as the life of the party. Jill graduated from UCF Rosen College of Hospitality with a degree in Event Management but her love for sales amp; producing events started much earlier. Jills passion lies within client relations and keeping her clients happy but she also leads the event sales team and heads up the destination management division of AEG. She thrives off the success of her clients and shell do anything she can to take their visions and bring them to life. Whether its a corporate concert or local holiday party Jill makes each client feel like theyre the only event on the books! When shes not planning events you can find Jill taking advantage of the Florida sun with her husband pup and 1-year-old son Dylan.
Event Sales Manager
Jenny is one of the veterans here at AEG having been with the company since 2015. She graduated from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in 2015 and hit the ground running planning parties ever since! Her passion for events started when she was a young girl and she would help her mom in the kitchen and decorating the house for just about any occasion they could think of. As she got older her passion has grown and she cant get enough of the planning and executing of events. She absolutely thrives on happy clients and guests.
Event Sales Manager
Megan graduated in 2018 with a Degree in Event Management from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality and joined the AEG team that same year. Creativity is her absolute passion and she loves to adapt and impress her clients and team. Working in the event industry she has learned that those who are successful are the ones that can take a concept from an idea to reality and exceed expectations in the meantime. She works with several clients on multiple company events throughout the year and she would love the opportunity to get to know you and build that same relationship!
Executive Assistant
Rachael graduated in 2016 with her Bachelors in Event Management from UCFs Rosen College of Hospitality Management. Since then she has dedicated her time towards all that the event industry has to offer: catering hotels CVBs conventions event planning and event execution. She found her passion by working behind the scenes as an all-encompassing Executive Assistant which also includes bookkeeping and human resources responsibilities. Rachael and her husband Adam have a beautiful boy Benjamin who is an absolute joy in their lives! On the weekends you would find them laying out at the beach or at Disney World.
Jr Events Manager
Lexi joined the AEG team in August of 2019 as an Event Coordinator. She graduated from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management as well as attending FAU for her undergrad where she founded the schools lacrosse club team! She has been with AEG for nearly a year and feels like she has found a home with this group. She is newly engaged so she is technically on her last Lapp until she becomes a Smaldone! Lexi is typically more of an introvert but with this group she has really opened up and become so much more comfortable in every aspect! She is extremely excited for her future growth within AEG.
Jr Events Manager
Annalise is a true Florida Native born and raised right here in Winter Park FL. She tends to bury herself in her work maybe thats why she became an FAU Owl! She graduated with a bachelors degree in Sociology and since then has been utterly fascinated with event planning. Growing up she was always the friend who loved taking charge of planning her groups trips and activities. She is extremely enthusiastic and proud to have the opportunity to plan successful events and make her clients happy!
Event Coordinator
Hannah is the newest member of AEG. Starting in the Fall of 2019 as an intern she was promoted to Event Coordinator in April 2020. She will be graduating in December from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management with a Bachelorss Degree in Event Management. Growing up in the heart of Orlando she has seen this city transform into one of the greatest destinations in the world. She truly enjoys planning experiences that showcase the uniqueness of Central Florida as well as creating those everlasting memories for all!
