Berman and Companys staff has grown to 35 people and includes professionals in the media design research and government relations fields.
Rick Berman is President of Berman and Company a Washington DC-based public affairs firm specializing in research communications and creative advertising.
James Bowers is Creative Director and a Senior Vice President at Berman and Company where he manages its award winning creative team. A veteran of multiple ballot initiative campaigns and legislative battles James also works with nonprofit and corporate clients on specialized advertising and communication plans.
James lives in Arlington VA with his family and is a graduate of Indiana University where he studied Political Science and Journalism.
Mike Saltsman manages Berman and Companys work on labor issues. Mike serves as Managing Director of the Employment Policies Institute a think tank in Washington DC. A frequent guest on national television programs Mikes opinion pieces appear regularly in top-tier media outlets.
Mike was recognized by the American Association of Political Consultants as a member of the class of 2018s ’Top 40 under 40.’
Prior to Berman and Company Mike was employed by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. He lives in Washington DC with his family and studied Economics and Political Science at the University of Michigan.
