Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am the service administrator for GroundLevel Landscape Architecture. We are a little to medium sized landscape architectural firm.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with BLVR?

Our website needed a clearer organizational construction. Our photos lacked unvarying sizing and spacing on each page. We occupied BLVR to create a new website and later to cool our brand oneness.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were BLVR responsible for?

Over multiple meetings, BLVR showed us specimen designs that we would then give feedback on. We eventually narrowed down the discretion we enjoyed the most, and we each clicked through the test website, making notes almost areas we liked. The team then built the website in WordPress.

We later reoccupied BLVR to rebrand our organisation. The rebranding project took a correspondent order to the website recreate. BLVR offered separate brand discretions, and we then zeroed in on the solutions that best met our vision. They customized each piece to match our needs. They created a new logo and branded materials such as letterhead, envelope stickers, postcards, and binder covers for professional-looking portfolios.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with Adam (Partner &, Coo, BLVR) and Damin (Creative Director, BLVR), who worked on the design and served as our point individual for the indirect. We also collaborated with Jonathan (Business Development, BLVR)—our team lead—and Joe (Digital Project Coordinator, BLVR)—who handled the terminal details.

How did you come to work with BLVR?

One of my bosses had antecedently worked with Damin on a project for another organisation and enjoyed the experience.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent about $21,000.

What is the terminal result of working with BLVR?

We worked with them on this project from July 2017–December 2018.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We',ve accepted many compliments on our new logo. The cleaner phraseology reflects our firm more accurately than our antecedent design. Our website has also accepted praise for its usability, big photos, and simplified design. We have yet to terminalize a few functions on the website, but BLVR’s role is complete. We’ll surely collaborate with their team anew.

How did BLVR accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

The project skilled some bumps in the road, but BLVR was resigned with us. They taught us their process and helped us apprehend what requests were practicable or not practicable to do. Damin always granted updated lead times as needed. If we needed to make changes, they responded to us fastly. I spoke with Damin and the web design team twice a week, in crunch times, we talked more frequently. We also emailed each other see day.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with BLVR?

BLVR’s designs matched our requirements and needs fully. They excelled at turning ideas and concepts into workable solutions. We enjoyed working with their team from set to complete.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

On occasion, they explained their solutions using technical speech that made it hard for us to seize those concepts. Though, once we saw those solutions live, we understood them more fully.
