What challenge were you trying to address with Botego?
Our program was to form an Agile environment and a little, lean organisation. Instead of hiring many client support and sales individualnel, we relied on inbound sales and self-sufficient support methods. Having a bot reply most of the questions has helped us a lot. We have 400-500 paying clients, but one part-time support individual can easily feel them. Most of the questions that we get are the same 10-15 ones repeated, and we can feel the rest of account-specific ones manually.
