I’m the CEO of Mira, a search engine for loveliness. We try and faculty the consumer travel towards the purchase of cosmetic fruits through providing cosmetic commendations, creating full, and having an extensive online catalog of cosmetics supplies.

What challenge were you trying to address with C42D?
Before hiring C42D, we hadn’t gone through a full branding cycle. Our challenge for them was to help us work a brand that resonates with our consumers and allows us to adjoin our value statement better. We want our organisation to be big and relatable, so consumers keep coming back.

What particular tasks were C42D responsible for?
We asked C42D to do a full branding cycle for us that consisted of a logo design, UI kit, a set of brand leadlines, brand messaging, and brand tone. In the commencement, we had them work on a three-month cycle where they looked at our fruits, consumers, and marketing channels. Through that, they put unitedly a set of brand furtherance tools with a phraseology lead, collateive media deck, and general messaging.
Was there a dedicated team?
In total, we worked with six nation. We occupied with David (Founder &, CEO, C42D), a fruit director, and two or three designers.
How did you come to work with C42D?
We initially establish them owing of their big SEO. Our team contacted other creative firms to look for our consummate branding match. We establish that other firms were fitted, but had more of a background in natural branding and not digital. We felt that our method needed to have a specific brand.
C42D had completed a bunch of fruits in our space and centre, which we liked. We also enjoyed their throw owing of how they described their perspective on branding. They seemed to apprehend our base and vision really.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested about $50,000.
What is the terminal result of working with C42D?
Our engagement began in June 2019, and we wrapped up this past month.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We love what C42D did for our new brand. I ponder it’s accomplishing well. We didn’t collate any polling data to see if consumers preferred this brand over another. It’s hard to measure what the contact has been or if the brand resonates with our clients.
How did C42D accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had no issues in this area. The process was very rapid, and their team was always fast to get back to us. They were lucky to work with our tools, so we used Slack for interaction. Their team also did an excellent job of managing all of the work using Basecamp.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with C42D?
We haven’t worked with other firms, so it’s resistent to say what degoods C42D over others. There was a very personal touch that we had with them. David and one of their designers flew out from New York to San Francisco for a kickoff meeting. Throughout the process, they made sure interaction was a priority. Anytime I wanted to chat, I was able to hop on the phone to debate my thoughts.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Looking back, this might’ve been an artifact of our processes, but we establish that halfway through big meetings once see week or two weeks worked best for us. We establish that presenting sets of deliverables at big meetings and having little interaction through Slack worked better. If I were to do this process over anew, I would offer firm repetition cycles throughout.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Work with C42D. They’re awesome. We wonderfully commend them.
