Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am the AVP for information and analytics at a special university. I prepare information to nation who need it.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Caserta?

Our technical team’s experienceset was not up to par with the activity. They were also busy with other projects, so we needed to outsource some work.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

I have occupied Caserta in three different venues.

One of the most expressive implicated a team from Caserta implementing a total project. They did a fantastic job at staying within our budget. They completed the project within a very brief time and demonstrated surpassing value. Because of how much they accomplished, we presented their work to our provost. It opened doors for us and helped us last to take funding.

It was a transmitted data warehousing project involving data modeling and extraction. We did an ETL to pump data from separate sources. We dealt with the complexities, definitions, and rules about data governance and security. On top of that, we had to present a dashboard to visualize the data.

At that time, visualization was new to Caserta. They used OBIEE. We used Datastage for the ETL ingredient.

Was there a dedicated team?

It was a relatively pliant team. Someone served as both project director and constructor, which I veritably liked. We also had an ETL developer and a data visualization individual.

How did you come to work with Caserta?

A individualal activity touch recommended them to me. There was no question that we wanted to work with them. Other companies gave me consultant selling points, but Caserta',s chairman dived into specifics. The matter was there.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent approximately $2 million on their services.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working with them in June 2010 and it is an ongoing relationship.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

It was the leading time that academic leadership could easily visualize and approach assessments and measurements. It was wonderfully praised and well-taked on campus, by both academic leadership and the provost. We operationalized the data that they gave us.

We program to work with them on more constructorure for self-service business intelligence (BI). We want to acquire and trial more with that.

How did Caserta accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They have been fantastic. We’ve been lucky with their level of interaction and availability. Our case was a pliant different owing they weren’t managing the project. I was responsible for figuring things out on our side.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They have authentic apprehension and expertise. They are not just trying to sell you something. They are honorable, setting the right expectations and delivering on them.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

They could acquire how to market themselves better.
