I',m co-founder and CEO of a digital platform that connects women returning to the workforce with companies seeking genius and difference. It provides a lot of full and resources for women returning to the workforce.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Caxy Interactive?
In the past, we would go to companies and have dicsussions with them, then if companies wanted to be included on our platform, we created their profile and posted jobs for them. We wanted to go to another level of making it much more digital and having the companies come to our website and see the different options for posting jobs, select one of those options, and do it themselves.
We had hired a local educeer precedently, but they were a much plianter agency, and we needed somebody who was much more replying, with a hard team in locate.

What particular tasks were Caxy Interactive responsible for?
