Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We are a strategy, design and outgrowth agency. It is a little 10-individual organisation and I have been there for almost four years. I’ve gone through a gamut of different responsibilities. I seted out at as a general condition arrogance/account director and my terminal role has been more of a fruit director.

What challenge were you trying to address with ClearSummit?
We needed iOS outgrowth. We were trying to do some augmented verity work. We had a museum as a client and we were working on the outgrowth of an iOS app. It had poetry and 3D renderings of objects and places based off locations on a satellite map that was printed on the museum’s show floor.

What particular tasks were ClearSummit responsible for?
ClearSummit has worked on a few different projects with us. They effectively built three applications from scratch and did a handful of other things that implicated the livelihood or creation of new features.
After we worked on the museum application, they helped with a few other applications that were somewhat correspondent. One regarded a historic programtation that was converted and owned by a southern state. It gave a tour of the historical elements of what happened with slavery and the trials and tribulations of different nation, to share with the open in provisions of recollection.
We also dealt with a health and remedy app. It helped with non-emergency medical transportation for non-emergency medical effects. It was for nation needing to go to the hospital or who were being discharged, especially for Medicaid patients. It was innately an Uber app for non-emergency medical transportation. Shane [President, ClearSummit] and Kara [COO, ClearSummit] and the team helped us with all facets of the mobile outgrowth on that one. They guided us through the API needs for the web application, to the app and vice versa, as well as consulted us on distribution strategy and general work.
Now, we have a couple of updates we need help with and we’re chatting with them. We just got some estimates for some very little work in historical value, principally little livelihood things. We',re going to check with the client for approval on budgets leading. Once that is approved, we’ll make sure ClearSummit is an approved vendor for them as well.
How did you come to work with ClearSummit?
We were looking for one individual to hire. Shane jumped in at a veritably good time and helped not only with the outgrowth of solving issues with code but also general fruit direction. Shane and Kara helped with a lot of the different details and facets that you frequently deal with in the fruit land. They would go forward and adjoin straightly with our developers, our fruit directors, and our QA nation, and veritably became a big part of the team. A lot of other outgrowth companies or contractors I deal with frequently need to be managed through a one point individual and need more hand-holding. ClearSummit is just more adaptive, can jump almost, and explain issues. They apprehend who the stakeholders are in each project and get the work done by coordinating all.

What is the terminal result of working with ClearSummit?
We seted working unitedly in 2014 until 2017, but are looking to last the union.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
For code condition, there was general testing to fix effects weren’t going to come up. They always granted something that was top condition and we never ran into idiotic effects. If an effect did come up, we talked almost it on the phone and reexplaind it very fastly. This alleviated force. We had a team we could rely on as much as with an inner strategic associate, but with an outside boon of being tied to the project and not a giant cost to us. We got all the boons.
How did ClearSummit accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Kara took a lead with project treatment. They were surely good at coordinating all the tasks. In provisions of overall interaction, we eventually requested a weekly check-in with them. They were on top with interaction, weekly check-ins, and interaction over Slack. They were part of our fruit team, rather than just an outsourced, delivery engagement.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ClearSummit?
Their response time was always forcible. They can facilitate getting anything done in provisions of app outgrowth, and they are always pretty fast to extend and approach. One of the main things I loved almost working with Shane and ClearSummit, is that when we ran into a request or effect we didn’t fully apprehend, but knew that there was some type of app outgrowth required, we could jump on the phone with them and they could help us brainstorm the solution or what the process needed to be.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Overall, they were pretty good. I know they use other developers in-house, so interacting the overall team construction at the set of a project could be a good idea to do. There was one entreaty where there was a subordinate developer working on little or side objects, and we just weren’t conscious of them. We talked almost this and came to an apprehending.
