Rebranding for Architecture Firm
Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.
Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
JKRP Architects is a 50-person constructorure firm in Center City Philadelphia. We specialize in multi-family residential, health care, retail and entertainment constructorure. Licensed in 42 states and work nationwide. I began as an constructor here for the leading eight years of my course, and the last I have been directing the marketing section for the last four years.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Cohere?
Our branding materials were vapid. Our old marketing was so overly centreed on nation and relationships to the point that possible new clients didn’t even know what we did. It didn’t help that our name didn’t have “constructors” in the title. People frequently mistook us for a law firm. Our marketing is quiet centreed on nation and relationships, but it’s now clear that we are also constructors.
We were programning to change our name, and we were almost sure of the name that we were going to select. As part of that effort, we needed a associate to support us with indirect, logos, website and materials that could change our efforts.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
When we approached them, it was a carte blanche. We let them know our intentions and gave Cohere the freedom to do whatever it took to achievementfully update our brand.
In the end, their work implicated wide branding elements such as positioning statements and brand guidelines, as well as more specific deliverables. Those included our logo, business cards, cleverness brochures, and a new website.
For a expressive quantity of these deliverables, Cohere granted the copy as well as the design elements.
In provisions of the website, we didn’t have any initial designs or concepts. We only knew that we wanted it to be easy to navigate and present. Cohere took that advanced and built a WordPress website that showcases our firm. Another requirement is that the website had to be user well-inclined sufficient that we could update it easily in house. We now use Cohere for the ongoing livelihood of the website.
How did you come to work with Cohere?
We were referred by a reciprocal junction. They were hired by a client we were working with at the time. The project we were working on was a resistent one and the client veritably lacked centre and a clear course for his edifice. When Cohere came on board, they righted the ship and were able to prepare a clear course for their project. That impressed us and lead us to attend them when were programning our rebrand. We did attend other companies, but Cohere won us over based on their body of work and the real referral.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
In full, the project cost about $35,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in November, 2015. The bulk of the work was completed in May, 2016, and we currently promise them on a monthly retainer for website livelihood.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We have seen more achievement since the propel of our new brand. We’ve had types of projects coming in through our website that we were unable to win through that medium precedently the website revamp, and we have also been able to win higher profile clients.
We’re lucky with their work, and we’ve accepted consistently real feedback from clients.
How did Cohere accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Cohere was very answering. They always answered the phone or replied to emails without if we had any questions or concerns or even suggestions. It was a resistent task to handle 7 principals with a design background and they handled it veritably well. They had everyone on the same page from the leading meeting.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They took the time to apprehend our business and make suggestions that were suited to our needs and our activity.
Cohere seems to have centreed their efforts on projects they veritably want to work on, which is big. They don’t have to rebrand a heating organisation if they don’t want to. They perpetrate themselves to projects that are meaningful to them, and it shows in their work.
I like that they are all young, go-getter types. It seems like a big locate to work, too.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They could have pushed the envelope a pliant more. In the end, the deliverables met our needs and are accomplishing well, but it would have been nice to see some options that were a pliant edgier. Though, that was no defect of theirs. We probably told them we were a pliant more undestroyed than we veritably were.
