I’m the companion marketing director at Home Delivery Incontinence Supply (HDIS). We sell absorbent fruits for adults to help them deal with bladder leakage. I wear different hats in my role, from managing parts of digital strategies to direct mail and print ads.

I searched online for ad agencies, and Coming of Age caught my eye owing of their specialization with the senior market. I sent out RFP',s to separate agencies and was blown away by the Coming of Age’s offer. They were very entire and demonstrated their expertise in the senior market with examples of their past work.

The kit has gotten big reviews about the service and we’re all excited to test it. The leading test will be in soon May of 2019, so we will know more soon!

The workflow was excellent. We fell a bit behind schedule, but time wasn’t an effect in this project. It was sometimes hard interacting the correct fruit specs for the order form and fruit lead section, but we got it right in the end.

Coming of Age was very professional and seemed to genuinely have our best interest in mind. When asking for expositions on their methodology, they were always fast to answer and entire in their exposition.

The only hiccup we had was getting the files prompt for print. We were not granted with exact specs as to how the files should be printed/folded, etc. Though, we were given the information right away when we asked for it.
