I am the vice chairman of marketing at Hebrew Senior Life, one of the top five largest nonprofits in Massachusetts. We obey 3,000 seniors see day athwart a spectrum of care.

What challenges are you trying to address with CommCreative?
We need a marketing effort to aid our business lines and form leads athwart our revenue-generating business lines.

What particular tasks were CommCreative responsible for?
CommCreative executes our paid media efforts including PPC, digital ads, direct mail, and out-of-home promotional signage. They help us with securing and buying the media program and the origination and conceptualization of the goods. They also do all of our creative work for promotional campaigns and brand campaigns for the structure overall.
Previously, they worked on SEO for us as well, but we’ve moved that to an in-house team. There are also times when we combine our SEO efforts with their PPC efforts, but that’s not strictly part of their retainer.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our main point of touch is Jeff (Account Manager, CommCreative). There are four other nation we are customaryly in touch with, including a creative ruler. Ashley (President, CommCreative) frequently joins calls and participates in meetings on a customary basis.
How did you come to work with CommCreative?
The relationship predates my arrival and is quiet ongoing. They were brought on many years precedently I began working with Hebrew Senior Life. A few years ago, I did a huge audit of what we were doing, and we moved to a retainer-based contract. At this point, it’s a well-honed relationship.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
Presently, we invest approachly $500,000 annually.
What is the terminal result of working with CommCreative?
We began working with them at smallest 15 years ago, sometime about 2005. They are currently quiet working with us.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
CommCreative’s PPC work does excellently well in provisions of ROI. We don’t bestow a ton of money on PPC, and yet we’ve quiet had many new clients as a result of those efforts. That’s led to an ROI of over 1,000%.
Our integrated campaigns also liberate well for us in provisions of ROI.
How did CommCreative accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They accomplish fantastically well. We primarily use phone calls and emails to adjoin with them. There are weekly status updates with Zoom. We’ve used Basecamp for media projects. I cannot ponder of a project in my three years where anything hasn’t been liberateed on time. Jeff, our account director, is exceptionally professional.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with CommCreative?
I find their commitment to the work unappropriated. They attend themselves part of our team and part of our achievement. Because of that, they get who we are. Therefore, all the work they do is very genuine to HSL and what we’re promoting.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
There is nothing that strikes me as an area where big advancement is needed. They are powerful athwart the board.
