Please prepare a brief description of what your organisation does?
We do mobile instrumentation in provisions of the enterprise. We target the enterprise of Fortune 1000 companies and we instrument mobility. We work with Apple products, Samsung tablets, Panasonic tablets, whatever the client needs. We have associateships with a lot of the major hardware preparers. We then add our value through the services and treatment we propose.
Desired goal
What was your main extrinsic when starting the project with Configero?
We began with Configero as our developers at the point of integration, and we chose Salesforce as our new CRM tool. We looked for a local outgrowth organisation that could help us get up and running. They were occupied from the initial project and are quiet our developers. It has probably been one-and-a-half to two years.
How did you originally find and select Configero to work with?
At the time, the ruler who I reported to was below operations treatment. We were looking to upgrade our CRM tool from an inflexible platform to one that would be cloud-based. We have distant sales reps who need to approach the network without having to go through multiple steps. Salesforce was a solution to maintain our CRM in the cloud so that our local or distant users would be able to input their information from their pipeline to their forecasts. They used it to handle their contacts and leads.
Why did you select Salesforce instead of other platforms such as SugarCRM or Microsoft Dynamics?
I ponder a lot of that had to do with our running associates at the time, our biggest associate was a hardware organisation that was on Salesforce. We looked at the associateship and wanted to find some commonalities almost the tools and platforms we were using. Salesforce proposes the associate gate or the power to connect and transmit data via the cloud to your associates. That was a big plus.

Can you tell me more almost the work Configero has done?
When we leading instrumented Salesforce, there were some out-of-the-box functionalities. If you look at Salesforce now, a lot of those needs have been met with some measure functionalities. In 2010, some of those were not useful. We occupied Configero to customize, namely our quoting and forecasting processes. Those were the leading two projects that Configero aided us in provisions of tightening up our processes and more importantly, our data condition.
Results achieved
How do you feel almost the work they’ve done so far?
We quiet last to promise Configero. They know our SalesForce structure very well, probably the best. We haven’t veritably occupied many other developers. We have looked at a few applications and had a pliant bit of outgrowth work done through those. If it was something that wasn’t useful, Configero has the know-how and the response time to veritably meet our needs and requirements.
How do you feel almost Salesforce as a platform so far?
As the admin, I couldn’t ask for a better CRM tool. Though, I haven’t veritably used other CRM tools that contend with SalesForce. So far, so good. I would not change the CRM tool we’re runningly using.
When working with Configero, is there anything sole almost them compared to other developers or consultants that you’ve worked with?
I ponder the relationship is what lasts to prolong our business with Configero. I believe their IT ruler, Alex, has made a big impression internally with our treatment team. We are impressed with his apprehension, know-how, experience, and drive to fix that their clients are lucky. I ponder they',re conscious that if their clients are lucky, then they also will be lucky. They',re very regardful of our time constraints. They are able to turn almost proposals fairly fast.They are a big bunch of folks to work with. I believe they also help aid some of the services that we propose. In a way, I ponder we’re able to help each other create relationships in the aggregation. They are local and expose the services that we propose, whether from a Salesforce perspective or a mobility instrumentation perspective.
Is there anything that you would do differently a second time almost or ponder that they could better upon?
Every time that I ponder we could have done things differently, it was more of a timing effect with what Salesforce could propose at the time than what our running requirements were. So, we were always a pliant bit forward of the curve, Configero was always there to lead us in the right course. Since all of the customizations, there have been a lot of measure applications now that plug and play into Salesforce. Since the customization has worked so well for us, we maintained that even as measure out-of-the-box functionalities are being released through Salesforce.
