Introductory information
Could you give a brief description of your organisation and what you do there ?
My name is Ryan Amsel. I work for Jalan Jalan Collection. I am the marketing coordinator. I hired Crea7ive to help with rebranding and designing our new website.
Desired goal
What was the business challenge you were trying to address when you hired Crea7ive Interactive Advertising?
We have a very deep visual aesthetic for our furniture. Our antecedent website did not in any way portray what the experience of our brand was. I had them come to the showroom and get a perception of what is the tone, the aesthetic, the experience of our showroom, and then worked with them on how to form that same aesthetic on the website so that they would have the same touch of walking into our showroom as going on to our website. That was where the design converse began, they formd a pretty good portrayation of our organisation. We formd the five different photo pictures that are in our banner, our rolling banner. It’s giving the nation the feel of what our brand experience is like and the power to click on the banner to take you to individualal products. They made it pretty streamlined and easy for us to capture that touch, and then worked with the design to make it affable for nation to buy individualal products to form that aesthetic.
Provided solution
What did the aim of the website revamp implicate on their end?
We already had a website that integrated Magento. We kept our platform and they changed the skin and did a lot of other coding to help the new layout. They last to work on the website whenever we have issues.
Aside from the Web design, were they implicated with any other aspects of your rebrand?
Yes. We had them work on two other projects for us. One was a marketing brochure. It was a 12-page portfolio brochure. I worked with them on creating the layout and the portrayation of our different portfolio of different homes and condos that we furnished. They worked on that and did a beautiful brochure. They also designed our postcard-sized flyer. They did a nice job on that as well.
Why did you hire Crea7ive Interactive Advertising?
I verity knew them from a antecedent project for a antecedent organisation. I had searched probably more than 100 top designers throughout Florida and the country. I selected them behind an extensive market investigation of who was useful. They did a big job with that antecedent project, and they’re big to work with, so I hired them on for the new organisation.
Can you give a perception of the size of the project whichever with a cost range or a individualnel work-hour aspect?
I would say it’s a mid-range project. Because we had a relationship and owing they did a big job on my last website, we came to a good contract for a mid-range cost for this project.
Results achieved
In provisions of the results of the work that they did, are there any metrics, statistics, or feedback that you can share to show the effectiveness of the work that they delivered?
I wish I had some hard metrics. We have had a laughable quantity of new hits to our website.
I would say that categorically and unanimously, see one individual that has seen our new website is fully impressed. Everyone says, “Wow. What a separation.” They veritably captured in the website what we sought out to do, which was form the same touch of coming into the showroom. They surely achieved that.
How would you draw their accomplishment?
They’re very individualable. We had a lot of email exchanges and phone exchanges. Because we didn’t have them set from scratch, and we had them take the existing coding construction from our website and harmonize that, it was a pliant slower turnaround owing there were a pliant bit more coding issues. They’ve made sure to make see touch point to be up to what we desired.
