I work at a open tourism institution in Uruguay.
Desired goal
What challenges were you trying to address with Cualit?
Three years ago, we created a platform to handle tourism information centers as we wanted to digitize our processes and use less paper. It allows tourists to browse events and recommendations on laptops useful to use in our center. After seeing good results, we wanted to propel the platform on a national level.

What particular tasks were Cualit responsible for?
They developed a mobile application, leading for iOS but later moving to Android for cost reasons.
Was there a dedicated team?
They worked in their own offices, so we didn’t get to see them all.
How did you come to work with Amalgama?
Our preceding handler connected us, then they made a offer that we liked, so they developed the leading platform for us. When we wanted the national platform, we opened the project to more companies but chose Cualit thanks to their good results and their excellent new offer.
What is the terminal result of working with Cualit?
We developed the leading project in 2018, the second project artistic in February 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
It’s been a big achievement, we’re very lucky with their work. We came up with the idea, but their execution made it work. Thanks to this project, our institution became known on a national level and we’ve been asked by many departments to attribute the team, so there’s been a reciprocal boon. Besides that, all of our users are very lucky, with a 100% contentment rate.

They were very fast at developing the project and had big interaction.

We were very lucky with all and we’ve recommended them to everyone who asks almost our project.
