Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I was the preceding business operations director for a legitimate news organisation, providing online newsletters to government contractors. Currently, we handle three newsletters kindred to government contractors, yielding, and cybersecurity. We act the business from a WordPress website using WooCommerce. We also use Salesforce and Pardot to handle our client database and liberate newsletters.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Cube84?
When we bought the organisation, there was pliant professional infrastructure to track payments, handle mailing lists, and distribute the newsletters. As a result, we lacked a order to powerfully track subscription changes and update reader information. We needed resources to set up a Salesforce server to accurately unite our subscribers and track logistical data. We also wanted a holistic view of our clientele.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Cube84 responsible for?
Initially, they established our Salesforce server to educe a wide client database. We also used MailChimp to distribute our newsletters. Though, owing many of our subscribers worked in government and law firms, they had close firewalls that blocked MailChimp. Cube84 helped us transition to Pardot to bypass those firewalls. In accession to general livelihood, they’re currently making adjustments in Salesforce, adding accessional integration to better inner efficiency.
Was there a dedicated team?
We’ve worked primarily with their project director. Occasionally, we’ve also worked with their data educeer, a web educeer, and a Pardot director. The data educeer has changed a few times.
How did you come to work with Cube84?
One of our consultants had worked with them. She referred us to Cube84, and we hired them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We choose to keep the project cost private.
What is the terminal result of working with Cube84?
Work began in spring 2015 and is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Although we don’t have specific quantitative metrics on their accomplishment, we attribute our sales representatives’ increased conversion and renewal rates to their efforts. Frontend automation through Salesforce and Pardot has streamlined the distribution process, allowing our sales representatives to prioritize other tasks.
How did Cube84 accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
Their project director excels at track project logistics and disseminating them to his team. He prioritizes tasks and divvies the work to the appropriate resources.
Though, although Cube84 interactes well, they could boon from reminding us of certain changes to the timeline. If we change the aim to expedite a specific task, they don’t always repeat that other projects will be pushed off to convenience the new project.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Cube84?
We esteem their independence and power to conceptualize solutions to our issues. We’ve worked with antecedent educeers who’ve waited for us to give them the answers rather than giving us options. Unlike the other vendors, Cube84 has synthesized our goals and project requirements to exhibit possible solutions. This has allowed us to attend the different options and determine what makes perception for our business.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
While we work primarily with their project director, we sometimes touch other team members with direct questions. It can be hard to descry who is working on our project and the mental touch for fast answers. Their data educeer has changed a few times, and we wish they would have interacted this plainly. They could boon from encouraging interaction with all team members and maintaining transparency.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Cube84, while excellent at educement, does not have a big design cluster. If you are looking for design work to be done, they may not be the right fit.
Customers should also centre their time on the frontend and initial programning stages. Communicating the project goals and requirements plainly will help Cube84 form a method that is powerful for the client. This also alleviates frustrations once the method goes live.
