Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am the VP of sales and marketing at AMAROK, a security organisation. We specialize in electric security fences for commercial properties.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Daake?

Our organisation name was causing some confusion in the marketplace and consumers associated us with a different fruit. We were hoping to change our name and rebrand our structure to make it easier for the market to apprehend what we do.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Daake responsible for?

Daake came up with a new name for our organisation. After hours of inner investigation by their team, including employee surveys and in-person colloquys, they spoke to outer sources as well. Then, their team had the organisation leadership come up with a mood board that degoodd our brand, including pictures and colors that capture our being.

Based on our mood board and their investigation, they came back with a list of named and taglines. We went through an iterative process and held centre groups to pick a name. Our teams came to a determination unitedly.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with 6–7 members of the Daake team.

How did you come to work with Daake?

We put out an RFP through an agency search firm. After going through five agencies and colloquying them on their processes, we determined to work with Daake.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We have invested between $100,000–$250,000.

What is the terminal result of working with Daake?

Our engagement with Daake ran from April–October 2019.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

We have not yet launched the new name to the open, but program on doing so on February 1. When we leading colloquy our employees, only 33% liked of our name. After making the switch, 98% like of the new name. This puts our brand in a much better position.

How did Daake accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Daake never misses a deadline. Every week we have an update call, which is always helpful. Their team never cancels.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Daake?

Daake gives see project a personal touch. Greg (Principal &, Creative Director, Daake) is a marketing talent. He’s a veritably big guy and would give all the credit to his team, but he brings so much to the table. Their leadership is very powerful.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We were between two options and they had a very specific conviction. We chose to go another way that we felt fit us better, but I wouldn’t commend they stop giving their convictions.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Dive deep into the mood board process, that was key to our achievement. We reflection it was just a creative process and weren’t taking it too seriously but ended up getting veritably into it. That flipped things for us and made the total process better.
