We were looking to rebrand our institution and present a new organisation culture to our inner and outer stakeholders.

What particular tasks were Daake responsible for?

We partnered with Daake to rebrand our structure. After discussing the strategic intent of the project, they administered a mapping exertion to help us mark achievement. They then worked backward to determine the timeline and how to handle expectations athwart all of our stakeholder groups. Once the initial programning stage was complete, they moved on to developing psychology-based strategies to force all invested parties.
