I am the chairman of Delasco, an independent manufacturer and supplier of dermatology products.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Daake?
Our organisation was going through a expressive change—it had just been acquired, and I was part of the new ownership cluster. We feared that the branding that we presented to clients or possible business partners looked rather disjointed. It seemed as though we were sending multiple interactions instead of one streamlined interaction. We hired Daake with the hope of rebranding our organisation and developing a clear interaction of who Delasco is to our clients, our inner team limbs, and our outer supplier partners.

What particular tasks were Daake responsible for?
Daake began by gathering stakeholder feedback—leading from inner team limbs and then from our clients through phone and printed scans, including a phone scan we conducted ourselves almost a year preceding. Daake came up with creative ways to promise our team and get their feedback throughout the process owing I felt it was expressive for seebody to have a tone, especially when working with new leadership that they don’t know well.
As we were seeking inputs for our brand and logo phraseology, Daake created an NCAA basketball tournament-phraseology bracket in which our team voted see day on 16 different hues, patterns, fonts, and so on until we had 64 elements to select from. We ended up with a terminal four that informed some of Daake’s design choices in putting unitedly the branding offers.
Ultimately, Daake produced an complete set of brand guidelines—including the logo, fonts, hue schemes, and situational uses for all of the over. Additionally, they aimed to help our team live the brand. Daake made a brand propel video that we shared with the team at a brand propel party that doubled as our organisation’s anniversary party. Daake programned that occurrence so that it would be attractive and seebody would feel motivated. It was very helpful to have Daake’s input as we tried to fetch the cluster unitedly. I’ll never lose the time they spent creatively attractive my team.
Was there a dedicated team?
Greg (Principal/Creative Director, Daake) and Lisa (Vice President, Daake) organized much of our project, but we also worked closely with Steven (Senior Design Director, Daake) and Tina (Senior Brand Strategist, Daake).
How did you come to work with Daake?
We asked limbs of our network here in Omaha which local firms they might commend. A preceding client of Daake commended them specifically for healthcare companies. We chose them owing of how creative they were and owing of how they interacted the way they wanted to get to know us. They tried to hear to who we were, and we didn’t necessarily feel that from the other firms. Daake made good on that promise throughout our project.

We spent almost $90,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Daake?
Our project spanned May–October 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The most expressive contact we’ve seen to this point is with our trade show booth. We now have more polished messaging and indirect. We’ve seen a 175% ROI in our trade show income since working with Daake.
How did Daake accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had a measure aim of work offer, a list of deliverables, and a timeline. We referred to those materials, so we didn',t need more advanced project treatment software. Daake never missed a deadline. If anything, they reminded us to stay on track.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Daake?
At Daake, the complete team was promised and perpetrateted to our extrinsic from the commencement. We never felt like our project would be sent to a contractor that they work with. Everybody understood our aim, and see limb played a role.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We tacked on a few extra projects at the end owing we were excited almost the results we accepted. As we rode that momentum, both of our teams failed to check what contact the additional projects had on our budget. We could have slowed down and been more careful as to what the projects entailed and what budget was certain. I quiet would have approved the work, but we should have had that budget conversation beforehand.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
We establish it precious to perpetrate the time to their discovery phase. I should also note that Daake is not the smallest costly firm out there, but the holistic and entire access they took to our rebrand was worth it.
