Krishna Kallakuri is a founding member of DataFactZ. He has a passion for technology and a strong sense for business. These skills have allowed him to create one of the fastest growing analytics companies in the Midwest. He is responsible for long-term growth strategy overall management and operations. He has a drive for delivering unique business solutions that leverage a global delivery model. He brings more than 15 years of expertise in the IT industry as well as senior management experience. Prior to DataFactZ he worked as technical consultant and was responsible for the design and implementation of several data-centric solutions to several Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Kallakuri holds a bachelor#39;s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Bangalore University India.

Adrian Gherghescu serves as Vice President of Sales at DataFactZ where he is responsible for nurturing client relations with memorable service and clear communication of their BI/DW Data Visualization amp; Advanced Analytics needs and expectations. Mr. Gherghescu is a seasoned professional with a broad experience in all aspects of relationship building derived from twenty years of sales and customer service. He is dedicated in building relationships and passionate about continuous and never ending improvement. Shashi Joopalli is a highly passionate results oriented technology management professional specializing in data engineering data sciences and decision sciences. Shashi brings right balance of business insight management expertise and technical skills. In his role as Director – Operations and Delivery He works closely with clients and strategic partners to successfully deliver innovative pragmatic and sustainable solutions and increase the overall ROI with efficiency while maintaining customer focus. He oversees our advanced analytics delivery group comprising of onsite offsite amp; offshore teams. Shashi brings more than 12 years of consulting experience in Analytics. Jim Salter is Director Sales amp; Marketing at DataFactZ and offers a unique blend of technical consultative and personal skills to his clients. He joined EDS right out of school and spent 27 years with the company mostly in technical roles then transitioned to Sales later in his career. Mr. Salter earned a reputation as an innovator developing several solutions over the years that were patented. He is responsible DataFactZ customer base expansion and growth and finds great satisfaction in helping companies become data driven. Mr. Salter is married the proud dad of two wonderful children and is a lifelong Michigander. He loves sports is active in his church and serves in leadership roles in several non-profit organizations.
Business Development Executive amp; Public Relations
As a Business Development Executive at DataFactZ is always displaying an innovative spirit in action with a forward minded thinking is involved in accounts development responsible for nurturing client relations with memorable service and clear communication of their data management needs and expectations. Dedicated to continuous improvement she work with the existing services to find new channels and markets for distribution; research and recommend new services; explore and negotiate leverage partnerships and optimize opportunities working with other businesses or brands that may be synergistic; find ways to meet the demands of new and existing customers by adjusting current systems and marketing approaches and helping the company to stay abreast of competition in an attempt to find and maintain a competitive edge. Alina joined DataFactZ as account manager in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of the Executive Team also as the key point of contact to many of our clients executive leadership. Prior to joining DataFactZ she was heavily involved in leadership projects with the millennials worked as an advisor in Financial Services and liaison in Healthcare. She holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts bachelors degree in Human Development from University of Connecticut and numerous certificates on Community and Human Improvement.
Chief Analytics Advisor
Ratna Babu Chinnam received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology/India in 1988 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1990 and 1994 respectively. Chinnam is a Professor in the Industrial amp; Systems Engineering Department at Wayne State University. At DataFactZ in the role of Chief Analytics Advisor he provides guidance to the leadership on business analytics practice and advises the big data and business analytics teams on architecting effective solutions for business clients. His research expertise is in the design and development of algorithms for predictive/prescriptive analytics and machine learning with applications to the fields of service warranty management supply chain management logistics operations management product development sustainability and healthcare. He has led numerous research projects funded by the US NSF DoT DoD and VA and carried out collaborative research with such multi-national companies as Ford Motor Company General Dynamics Intel and consulted for such companies as Chrysler Sirius XM Energy Conversion Devices Dominos Capgemini Faurecia Whirlpool Steelcase MRF Tyres and Tecton. He has authored over 150 technical publications including conference proceedings and numerous peer-reviewed journal articles that appeared in leading academic journals. He graduated and mentored over 25 doctoral students and visiting scholars. He is the founding Director for the Big Data amp; Business Analytics Group at Wayne State University led the development of a novel MS Program in Big Data amp; Business Analytics and also directs a PhD program track dedicated for Global Executives. Dr. Chinnam and his students research is recognized through multiple best paper awards from national and international conferences journals and professional societies including Best Dissertation Paper awards from INFORMS and POMS.

As a Vice President - Technology Solutions Group at DataFactZ Anil Hari is responsible for business strategy leadership and working with clients/technology partners to deliver unique business solutions across all industry verticals. He brings 15 + years of experience working across global solution teams to deliver cutting edge technology solutions with deep expertise in Advanced Analytics and Big Data. In his role as a Vice President - Technology Solutions at DataFactZ his responsibilities include presales technical cultivate client relationships high level project planning and managing the global delivery teams. During this time he has managed several high paced analytical implementations successfully and is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and deep understanding in all faucets of data centric technologies/solutions. In his tenure as a consultant Mr. Hari has successfully managed and implemented solutions for several clients such as Amway Publix Silverton Casino Strata Care HPS La-Z-Boy AAA Michigan Adchemy and more. Mr. Hari holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering amp; Computer Sciences.

As CEO Dan Ponder oversees Francos business development and operations. He also provides strategic counsel in business and marketing to Francos clients with particular emphasis on the integration of an organizations operations and communications disciplines. When hes not servicing Francos clients hes providing leadership and support to several of Michigans key institutions and human service organizations. Dan exemplifies Francos commitment to the community with his active involvemXCEent in civic and charitable organizations. She has worked for the General Motors Company and Delphi Automotive in leadership positions of increasing responsibility over many years. During this time she was responsible for leading and managing diverse global teams through some major organizational shifts demonstrating unique transformational skills and abilities. In 2010 BW Limited llc was founded by Mrs. Whittaker utilizing her previous experience in a new way by assisting companies in developing accelerating and executing business and procurement strategies that lead to improved preformance. Clients such as ACS (a Xerox company) Hollingsworth Global Logistics Minacs Aribia and The Rush Group all have benefited from BW Limiteds expertise. In this capacity she lead the negotiations and strategy for the creation of a 2major joint venture between Rush Group a minority company and Faurecia one of the largest automotive component companies in the world. Most recenty she has added a new company to her portfolio Diversity Connections llc which is focused on improving diversity programs and businesses in a variety of industries. Mrs. Whittakers career began at Chevrolet Division of General Motors Corporation in Production Control and Scheduling with an emphasis on Supply Chain. Over the years she has delivered numerous game changing outcomes from leading the consolidation of the divisions scheduling department where she launched the single order processing system that consolidated several car divisions to Executive Director Global Purchasing where she had responsibility for a spend of over $24 Billion. The scope of Mrs. Whittaker experiences span the full array of procurement and and supply chain categories having been located in both the United States and Europe where she lead teams through many complex supply chain situations. Mrs. Whittaker also lead the Supplier Diversity initiative for General Motors. In this role she directed GMs efforts to identify and develop minority women owned and small business suppliers continuing GMs commitment to support diversity in its supply base. Mrs. Whittaker holds a Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) an MBA degree from Wayne State University and has also completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in France and the Executive Development prograom at University of Michigan. In addition to this formal education she holds Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is well versed in lean production systems (GMS). She has also held board positions for Detroit Manufacturing Systems Piston Group and ChannelNet. Previously Bob served as President and CEO of The Wireless Source which he founded in 1995 until he recently sold his business to Clovers Holding Group. Linda Marshall is currently an Independent Consultant providing strategic direction to a number of Companies in the Telecommunication and Wireless Industry. Most recently Linda was the President of OnStar where she was responsible for leading the companys worldwide safety security and connected information services initiatives. She also served as an active Board Member to the Shanghai China division of General Motors. Prior to the President OnStar position Marshall served as the Executive Director OnStar Global Business Strategy and Development since joining the organization on November 1 2010. Marshall has more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry focusing on strategic business and revenue planning sales brand and product marketing. Before joining GM she held the position of Chief Operation Officer of Revol Wireless in charge of restructuring the organization and re-launching the Revol brand and product portfolio. Prior to that from 1993 to 2004 Marshall held several executive roles at Sprint/Nextel among others the position of Vice President Strategy and Public Safety (Business and Market Operations) in charge of developing and executing Sprint/Nextels Public Safety Strategy. Before that she served as the Area President for the Midwest region managing the launch of the first Midwest digital wireless system for Sprint/Nextel. Marshall started her career as Vice President Regional Finance at Verizon Wireless in 1986 where she became a Vice President Sales and Service Operations in 1991.
