A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the executive ruler of an structure named StuyHealth, which is an advocacy and outreach nonprofit that does work with young adults who were affected by the World Trade Center cleanup.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with DBC?
We had been set up on a pretty ad hoc basis, so we didn',t have any sort of branding that would allow nation online to unite us from any haphazard assembly of students. We approached DBC not only for help with some of our picturesques, but also to talk through how we wanted the cluster brand oneness as a total to look and feel.

What particular tasks were DBC responsible for?
Essentially, they helped us educe a visual oneness for the brand. From there, they did our logo and picturesque design and granted us all of the goods to go along with that, both physically and on all of our collective accounts to make sure we were fully aligned and executed.
Was there a dedicated team?
I believe there were almost three nation on their team working with us. We had one project director and then a couple of designers working with him.
How did you come to work with DBC?
One of the students that we were working with as a part of the commission of our structure is an employee there, so that was how we came into touch with them and then we determined to work unitedly.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
They did the work for us pro-bono owing of our status as a nonprofit.
What is the terminal result of working with DBC?
We worked unitedly from January–April 2018 on the primary branding.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Their work absolutely increased our online engagement, both in provisions of our brand recollection among our target population but also in provisions of our power to collaborate with other structures. Without a clear oneness, it was very hard for others to unite our antecedent work. This project allowed us to appear more allowable to larger structures that have the resources to take on larger tasks than we have the power to feel alone.
How did DBC accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We had a big experience with their project treatment. They were always answering and worked fastly but without sacrificing on condition. I always felt like they were care me in the loop on see front of the process, from where we were on specific deliverables to when they would need feedback from me to move advanced.
For the initial few meetings, we talked over the phone and through email, but when we began working on the more visual elements of the brand, I began going to their service to talk through different options.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with DBC?
As someone who doesn',t work in marketing, I reflection they were tremendously helpful in guiding me through that process. They are a big organisation for anyone who doesn',t want the burden of learning seething there is to know almost marketing and educeing a brand. I always felt implicated in the process in the right ways so that I could be helpful without being overly burdened.
What fronts of their work would you like to get improved?
I don',t believe there is anything that could have significantly improved the process.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
My advice would just be to ask them a lot of questions almost the aim of their services and what they can do for you. I didn',t veritably know going in how much they could do, and it could be helpful to have a better picture of that going in.
