I’m the VP of marketing at Myriad360, an IT infrastructure consultancy and integrator. We work with enterprises and labor preparers to meet their infrastructure needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with DeSantis Breindel?
We needed help with a rebrand, and we hired DeSantis Breindel to help us apprehend and create our oneness. Our first organisation name, Myriad Supply, did not accurately return all of the labors that we granted to our clients. This name spoke to our legacy business, which was reselling products from major manufacturers and preparers in the IT space. Though, over time, we also began providing consultancy and engineering labors, such as infrastructure programning and firewall health checks. We needed a name that informed the activity that, in accession to being a hardware and software reseller, we also offered a number of labors.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
DeSantis Breindel oversaw the complete rebrand. They began with a discovery phase, during which they met with our team, executive leaders, extended leadership team, and separate employees to apprehend our organisation, products and labors, client base, and positioning. We’ve accepted big feedback from employees and clients touching the brand’s new, clean, and professional look. Branding is fairly motionless in our market, so our updated hue palette and sole digital nearness make us rest out amongst our rivalry.
From a accomplishment perspective, we’ve seen a big uptick in our form fills. Also, we have witnessed the same commerce between our old website and our new one. When a website launches, commerce usually declines. Though, we never saw this decline, which spoke to DeSantis Breindel’s power to discern our brand and optimize the website. We hadn’t anticipated that they’d be able to maintain our commerce, as this is almost unheard of.
