Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment requests will be processed within 3 business days. The digital files will be delivered via e-mail. The customer needs to provide the correct email.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract $1.5 USD + an 8% administration fee.
After placing an order the customer automatically has free access to download the basic logo files from MY ACCOUNT gt; ORDERS page therefore refunds will not apply on the basic logo fee.
Refunds will only be considered for extra services only if the files are not sent and/or the service was not delivered yet.
Claims for non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the order placing the date. Otherwise the product will be considered received; If the email product will be considered received; sent to you from our server product will be considered received;
Once the customer makes a logo with the free logo creator and wants to use it he should pay $19 (one logo requires one license). That payment gives you the right to use one logo as your company logo. If the customer wishes to use another logo/variation of additional color he/she must purchase an additional license.
We deliver the files as the customer created it and placed the order.
Our website grants you two possible types of license to use the design templates and other products (hereinafter: ’the products’):
In the event that you purchase the website template at a unique price you receive a buyout purchase license because you are the last one to buy the template. After this purchase the template is permanently deleted from the www.designfreelogoonline.com directory and will no longer be available to other customers. You may distribute or sell the template to a third party.
You can use images clipart fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly forbidden.
All products are the property of the website www.designfreelogoonline.com. Our product is provided ’as is’ without any warranty of any kind expressed or implied. Under no circumstances is the company or its agents liable for any damages including but not limited to direct or indirect damages losses penalties incidental or consequential damages or others arising from the use or inability to use our products. You may use the design template without any restrictions as required for commercial or personal use.

www.designfreelogoonline.com will make text modifications for you and place your company name in the design template and according to whats written in the work order. Depending on the type of license you purchase you may make changes to our template in order to adjust the logo to your needs. In order to edit these effects you will need graphics software and skills.
If you wish to modify the design template or any other design you require we recommend you do this via www.designfreelogoonline.com. Our design department is at your disposal and can be contacted at the email address [email protected]. You can adjust the logo colors the font style and design any additional promotional product for a nominal fee.
