A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the COO of an online platform for legitimate full distribution. Our target hearers is general counsels at major Fortune 500 companies and attorney generals within state and federal governments.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Division of Labor?
We needed to lift our organisation profile and position our platform both within and outside the legitimate activity. My team wanted to complete a brand analysis to see where our brand might be underdeveloped within the legitimate activity and professional services.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Division of Labor analyzed our business and the legitimate activity. They added usability functionalities to our WordPress website and updated how the website was categorized and cataloged. The team also worked on our logo.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with Josh (Co-Founder &, Creative Director, Division of Labor) and Paul (Former Co-Founder &, Creative Director, Division of Labor). My team also occupied with some strategists, a website developer, and an art ruler.
How did you come to work with Division of Labor?
Josh and Paul had previously done award-winning work for me when I was in the banking activity, and they were at another design agency.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
Our costs were in the low $100,000 range.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our engagement began in September 2016–February 2017.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Although we don’t have specific branding metrics, Division of Labor’s branding work attracted more users and increased inquiries. Their website work has streamlined how users navigate the website and how fastly they find information. Our business grew 22% in 2017, since we had grown 10 or 11% the year preceding. Our subscription renewal rate also went up.
How did Division of Labor accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were excellent. The team was interactive and answering, we knew where we stood see day. We interacted via Slack.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Branding our niche platform posed many intricate challenges, but Division of Labor met our requirements. They even went over the aim of the project to liberate the best practicable results. They granted many different options for solving our issues.
We were amazed by their different reflection process. I ponder they’re one of the most creative agencies in the US and one of the top creative agencies in San Francisco.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, they blew us away with their creative pondering and designs. There was nothing more they could’ve done.
Any advice for practicable clients?
Be open-minded and ask them to prepare as many choice designs and approaches as practicable. If you push them, they will come up with unwonted ideas.
