Below is a modified rendering of the review: private info excluded, innate facts kept.

Introductory information

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am a co-establisher of an anti-piracy full treatment labor that helps defend companies from piracy. We are a 10-individual startup.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with East Coast Product?

Our initial challenge was sales-related. Being a young startup, we lacked experience with fruit outgrowth and business strategy.  Our sales were motionless and we lacked a congruous strategy for adding new clients.  We wanted to get some feedback on our sales cycle and process. We also needed some software architecture help to make wide decisions almost the tech we use.

Provided solution

What was the aim of their involvement?

The leading thing we did was a business and fruit design sprint with Steve [Hickey, Director of Product Design and Strategy], which helped us better our sales strategy. This was over the order of five days.

The second thing was a tech design sprint with Ivan [Blazevik, CTO and Co-Founder], over three days.  We went over the core technology of the business, and Ivan gave critically honorable suggestions and feedback to better our tech.  If we had that design sprint six months earlier, it would',ve saved us hundreds of hours of dev hours making poor decisions.

We went through a four-week sprint with East Coast Product, with their lead designer. We have also accepted a lot of technical consulting from their CTO, which has been very helpful, given that we don’t have an skilled tech individual. This has been helping our full-stack outgrowth effort.

The design sprint was meant to give us feedback on our sales process. We made a number of Post-It designs on a whiteboard and used a couple of design tools.

Since the design sprints, we have had ongoing weekly tech consultation with Ivan.

How did you come to work with East Coast Product?

We establish them through MassChallenge, a startup accelerator in Boston, to which we were accepted in the summer of 2016. A number of consultants listen the occurrence, talking almost their labors and startups. We met East Coast Product’s team and establish that it would be a good fit to work with them. We went from there.

How much have you invested with East Coast Product?

The cost of their work was $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We last to have weekly consultations with their CTO.

Results achieved

Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?

We',ve used ECP as consultation for both business and design, as well as technology architecture. Steve and Ivan have both been phenomenal for that - skilled genius in the activity and big at what they do. I powerfully commend a design sprint to any startup that needs a pliant boost of creativity and life into their business. We came out of the design sprint with a ton of ideas and clearer business strategy that helped boost our sales.

East Coast Product has the power to educe clean code, and they have a good engineering team. Their CTO has been very helpful to us, and we’ve seen them as more than a dev shop throwing things unitedly fast. East Coast Product does things the right way, which I’ve been impressed with.

While we individualally didn',t use them to create a fruit for us, their consultation was inestimable. I know their tech team enforces condition code and design, which would make me 100% positive in using them for an developed software project. Another gain is that owing they are a new organisation, their tech stack is the excellent best practicable right now, so you won',t end up with some dinosaur app running on Flash or anything.

How did East Coast Product accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They did as good as job as they could have. Their designer came to our service and had a brief but intense sprint with our team. We lastd to talk through email afterward.

What did you find most forcible almost East Coast Product?

They’re very well-inclined and nice to work with. We',ve interacted with their core team of Chris [Swenor, CEO and Co-Founder] Ivan, and Steve. This is a big ",Big Three", leadership team. We used each of them for their particular expertise to help lead our organisation. They',re also genuinely nice nation who are a enjoyment to work with.

Are there any areas East Coast Product could better?

I can’t ponder of too many areas to better. Everything went well.
