Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the CPO of a little startup in Hamburg named Cutnut. We’re a SaaS business, and our tool allows you to edit and exhibit perpendicular stories athwart multiple channels. Users can form stories using pre-built templates and ship them to collective media outlets like Instagram and Snapchat.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Ekreative?

We’d built a prototype with another agency, and we were looking for a provider to educe the educeed MVP.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Ekreative responsible for?

Ekreative took our designs and documentation to educe them into an iOS/Android app. We pivoted our business standard to also act on desktop, so they also formd a desktop-based software editor. For the Android app, they localized JavaScript and node.js for the backend.

They coded in Swift for the iOS app in the Electron framework. For the desktop, they’re using JavaScript and node.js anew, but their tech stack now includes HTML and CSS.

Was there a dedicated team?

While the team size fluctuates, we’ve worked with 2–8 nation. We have a project director, a condition arrogance teammate, and 1–6 educeers.

How did you come to work with Ekreative?

After a friend recommended them to us, we carefully vetted them and five other agencies. We determined to go with them.

What is the terminal result of working with Ekreative?

We began working unitedly in September 2017 and the work is quiet ongoing.

Results achieved

How have you judged their accomplishment? Are there any achievement metrics you could share?

They’ve been reliable in executing their deliverables. We track an excel sheet that serves as a roadmap of estimated hours and sprints. Our requirements are very stringent, and we held them to very high expectations in provisions of condition arrogance. Over time, their accomplishment has increased, and they’re able to give us better estimates of their progress. We’re pretty much on track, currently.

How did Ekreative accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They’ve been big, the project director is very attentive, and we’re in uniform interaction via Slack or Skype. We localize different interaction channels for different solutions. We even chat straightly with the educeers. There’s always someone that’s affable, which we veritably esteem.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Ekreative?

We’ve worked with other outsourcing agencies, and I’d say that Ekreative has been more reliable than them. They’re more attentive to detail. While agencies aren’t consummate options owing there’s something inevitably lost in the back-and-forth interactions, I feel that they take responsibility for the project and are very faithful.

Sometimes, they’ll work over their hours, over what’s stipulated in their contract. That level of commitment is something we esteem.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

There’s always room for advancement, but we give them credit for care up with us despite our taxing requirements.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Start out with littleer creates. Test out a general concept leading, precedently trying to create out a huge component set. It’s better to take on a project step-by-step.
