What challenge were you trying to address with EMERGE?
Our organisation desperately needed a new website. We had verity began a revamp process a year earlier and for different reasons that project was halted on our end. When the process began up anew, we wanted to look at the work we already had to see if it could be salvageable for the new project, and then turn whatever we had into an entirely new website for the organisation.

What particular tasks were EMERGE responsible for?
Early on in the project, we realized that we didn’t veritably apprehend what our true needs and challenges were with the website, so we determined to divide it up into a phase project with EMERGE. The total collaboration has been big so far. Everything that they do ties back to the user experience and how our work will influence that, which is a veritably advantageous anchor point for us.
