What challenge were you trying to address with ENGAGENCY?
We wanted to re-platform our website using a Sitecore CMS, but did not have the inner space to do so. Our team needed a outgrowth associate that could also do monthly fixes and livelihood for the platform.

The associateship began with an onboarding phase. ENGAGENCY then audited our website and delivered iterative implementation programs for 30–90-day timelines. We had calls with 3–4 team members, met in individual for deep-dive analysis, and did posterior follow-up calls to clarify work about the audits. The calls dropped as we moved further into monitoring and livelihood. We now have a monthly subscription for livelihood and outgrowth.
