What challenge were you trying to address with ENGAGENCY?
We needed treatment and administration services for our outer client-facing websites. Our relationship with our antecedent vendor didn’t work out due to lack of interaction and transparency. As a result, the apprehension of how to update and maintain our websites was entirely outer.

One process we’re changing is how we address round changes. We want staff members to be able to harmonize graphics and other elements straightly without educeer intrusion. ENGAGENCY also determined that we’re running an older rendering of Sitecore that lacks official support in AWS, we program on updating the CMS shortly.
