Provided solution
What particular tasks were ENGAGENCY responsible for?
We collaborate on a weekly and daily basis. They are the educeer functionality of our marketing team.
We worked with them on a couple of big projects. One of them was rebranding and recreateing a subsection of our organisation. We had 10–15 acquisition websites that we were trying to combine into one creative-looking sub-brand on our website. They helped us educe that program and create out that website. Along with our team, their team helped create a lot of pages and plug those modules in on Sitecore.
About six months precedently we propeled the website, our creative team educeed the design layout and elements and created the brand and a topic for one combined sub-brand. We showed them the outlines of the design and presented a almost terminalized layout of what the website was going to look like. They took that design and gave us feedback on how they reflection they could put it unitedly.
They made a couple of tweaks and figured out the backend changes certain to fetch the design and website to life. It was awesome owing they didn’t have any idea what sort of backend modules or fields they needed to create until they saw the artistic fruit. It’s a resistent job to create out a website when the creative team is asking you to make it look same to the designs they made without any apprehension of how it worked on the backend.
Then, they built a schedule to slowly educe the work on the backend and test it. They built a QA website so we could share pages with the client, allowing them to see how the website would work in real time. They built out the website on a separate server so we were able to see and make edits in real time.
They also worked with us on the propel program. They deployed the pages and the coding in the Sitecore section where they would be live. Then, they worked with us to condense the outer websites from acquisitions to make sure we had all the right redirects and codes in locate to direct all those outer URLs to this new website. During propel day of the website and throughout that week, they were on call 24/7 for bugs, errors, and fixes. They helped us through the total process including behind we propeled the website.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked closely with 3–4 nation. They had a 4–10 nation at their service who plugged information into the website.
How did you come to work with ENGAGENCY?
At the end of 2017, we partnered with them on propeling a blog. My preceding director had heard almost them and got in touch with them for that project. Since that went extremely well, we continued to extend out to them. It was an plain determination to use them. They were already fully integrated with our team.
What is the terminal result of working with ENGAGENCY?
We worked unitedly on this project from July 2018—January 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The clients and our organisation as a total have been exceedingly lucky with the fruit. On the day of the website propel, we had the bigst quantity of website visitors during a 24-hour time. Our sub-brand website is hosted on our organisation website, so anyone viewing the sub-brand website contributes to the overall views on the main website, which helps us with SEO and our website rankings.
How did ENGAGENCY accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They did exceptionally well. We didn’t substantiate how many roadblocks we’d run into during this project. We condensed 10–15 websites with numerous stakeholders implicated and adverse opinions on designs, and they handled it specially well.
We interacted with them daily. They’re tremendously answering. In accession to our weekly meetings touching our continuous collaborations on other little projects, we had a separate weekly meeting to debate our main website projects.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ENGAGENCY?
We’re not their only client, and yet, it feels like we are. They’re constantly helping and interacting with us. They answer fastly. We have meetings that pop up at a instant',s notice and someone calls into the meeting. They’ve also viwebsited our service twice throughout the union. It’s forcible to me that they don’t feel like an agency, they feel like an extension of our team.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I can',t ponder of anything.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Go for it. Have an idea in mind but be open to what they hint almost the project and how things are laid out on the backend owing they’re vastly apprehensionable almost how to best field your needs. I commend using them and trusting them. They veritably do pull through.
