Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I own my own design firm: Bernie Kapuza Designs. I work with clients in the B2B sector.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with ePageCity?
I hired them to help out a client to revamp their website. ePageCity had designed their primary website, but it was starting to look dated and needed a cool.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were ePageCity responsible for?
ePageCity revamped the website from scratch. We began by having dicsussions with Alex (Chief Strategist, ePageCity). He made suggestions to better centre what we want to do on the website. We then worked unitedly to aspect out what fruits our client’s clients would like to see, what the navigation would look like, and other design elements.
As ePageCity created pages and pictures, the navigation became even more significant. ePageCity also offered a choice of templates that we could attend for layouts, and then they tailored it to our client’s needs. From there, they built the website on WordPress, gave us a terminal walkthrough once it was prompt to go, and helped us propel it
Was there a dedicated team?
Our point of touch was Kate (Content Coordinator, ePageCity), and then Alex got implicated at different points.
How did you come to work with ePageCity?
ePageCity had done our client’s primary website. They were household with the fruits and principles of the structure alprompt, and they were veritably easy to work with, so we determined to go with their services anew.
What is the terminal result of working with ePageCity?
We worked unitedly from May until August 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The website was 100% what I expected it to be. The design was good and single. Alex had a strategic point of view almost the business, he veritably helped us centre our course at times.
We measured the users and the sessions. A month precedently we propeled the website, we saw 295 users and 356 sessions. Immediately behind the propel, we accepted 340 users and 453 sessions. We’ve been seeing some drop-off recently, but we attribute that to the fact that our client’s clients weren’t buying fruits in November or December.
How did ePageCity accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They struck a very good weigh between being too pushy and too hands-off. We emailed all the time and were always in the loop, there were no surprises in the propel. Once we were prompt to go, Kate walked us through the total website and showed us how to make updates ourselves. Some of them are too confused, and we’d fetch in ePageCity to make them happen.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ePageCity?
Their centre and apprehension of the B2B activity stood out the most. ePageCity knows what makes things tick as well as what nation look at on a website. They’re very strategic, easy to work with, and knowledge. I’m very arrogant of the work we did unitedly.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
If there are, I don’t know what they would be! We accepted an excellent fruit and top-notch services from ePageCity. I’d be lucky to commend them to anybody.
Any advice for possible clients?
Talk to Alex. Listen to him and Kate. Take notes. It’s a hard process, and it pays for clients and consultants to have a little ego and hear to nation who do this see day.
