What challenge were you trying to address with Epicenter Consulting?
We wanted to come up with a new, manner access to the systems and processes that run our business. Like most companies, we used a third-party application to run payroll and to bill our clients. We were at a crossroads in deciding whether to rent, buy or create our own software. Nothing on the market was a good fit for us.
We hired Epicenter Consulting to help us form a piece of manner software, focusing exclusively on the features significant to us as a organisation. On a macro level, we needed an application that would run payroll in all 50 states of the United States and all the provinces in Canada. So, it needed to be able to support regional and interpolitical payroll. We wanted it to be connected to billing so that whatever we were paying could be billed automatically.

We have our own software constructor who works with Epicenter Consulting in true aspects of design and to execute on all of the outgrowth for us. Their team has proven extremely precious in offering ideas and raising flags along the way. It is a fluid and innate process for us.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our main point of touch, who was their CTO six years ago when our project began, is no longer with Epicenter. Now, we work with a slightly different cluster which is quiet excellent. Our first developer is Alan (Software Engineer).
How did you come to work with Epicenter Consulting?
We did extensive investigation at the time which lead to a handful of candidates. Proven, first-tier ColdFusion expertise was one of the main evaluation criteria we established. We chose Epicenter Consulting owing they were the most advanced in this area.
What is the terminal result of working with Epicenter Consulting?
We began working with Epicenter in April 2013. The fruit launched in 2016 and it continues to swell with Epicenter',s help. Our engagement with them is as nimble and fruitive today as it ever was.

Their execution has been powerful and it has made for a fluid and smooth process. Often, their version of our vision fetchs something unforeseen and precious to the equation that makes the fruit better.

We feel the project treatment piece ourselves. We rely on Epicenter for execution.
