Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

We’re a digital health organisation that provides maps that allow caregivers to programt daily routines and better condition of life. I’m the co-founder and CEO.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Experion Technologies?

We needed to form a method to form our vision. They were brought on to educe wireframes and designs that would help us visualize our goals.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Experion Technologies responsible for?

After a lucky discovery phase, we promise them to create out our MVP. They granted us with wireframes for different user personas that would be attractive with our platform. Then, they formd UI/UX designs to highlight how the screens, layouts, and other visual components would look and interact. From there, they presented us with a clickable prototype that we were able to use in demonstrations with possible clients and investors.

For the MVP educement, we went with a transmitted nimble educement phraseology. That implicated functional specs being turned into user stories. Those were prioritized in two-week sprints. Once completed, the user stories were deployed to app stores. They rolled out multiple updates to our fruit once complete.

Was there a dedicated team?

One of their VPs and co-founders functioned as our main point of touch.

How did you come to work with Experion Technologies?

We interviewed a few firms, one of which had used their services on projects in the past. They were lucky with them, so we shortlisted them. After we interviewed our options and analyzed their technical capabilities with healthcare apps, they came out on top.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent almost $300,000 on their work.

What is the terminal result of working with Experion Technologies?

We began our collaboration in January 2019, and our promisement is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

While the despatch of liberatey is sometimes slower than we anticipate, the overall condition of their work is consistently high. Their outputs were proportional in condition to our team’s functional specs. If we didn’t spec things out specifically how we wanted it, we’d frequently have to rework some aspects of their work. Our general experience has been very permissive, which is why we last to use their services.

How did Experion Technologies accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Their interaction has been over mean. They use the Atlassian toolkit to shape and liberate within sprints. For entreaty, they principally use Confluence and Jira to handle themselves.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Experion Technologies?

They really care almost the work that we’re doing unitedly. We centre on patients that are frequently written off by medical professionals, hoping to give them the technology they need to live with less force. They captured our vision with their emotion and air for our goals. We felt like they were an extended part of our team.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

They could work on estimating timelines with biger exactness. Sometimes, liberateables weren’t completed by the intended deadline. In those cases, we’d have to push back liberatey dates for our clients, which was frustrating. Overall, that wasn’t the norm. As long as our specs were plainly documented, there weren’t issues.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Use them for their discovery process and MVP services. That was a big bang for our buck. As you increase the aim, the number of resources on their end will also increase. In those situations, make sure you attribute a powerful project handler on your end to fix that schedules and resources align.
