Development of effective pilot projects can be as fast as a week or as long as a few months. It depends on your specific needs the availability of 3D content/CAD models and the overal scope of the features required.
The smallest pilot projects we do are usually around $20k and average project costs are in the range of $100k-$400k. Of course it all depends on the scope of the project.
Because we are a client-services agency we are happy to be quite flexible to clients#39; needs. That said most of our projects are either bid:
- On a Fixed Scope with Milestones and Deliverables
- These arrangements are helpful when the project scope is well-defined from the start.
- On a Monthly Retainer Based on the Development Resources Required
- These arrangements make sense when the project scope is hard to define or exploratory or the project is on-going with no clear endpoint.
We help advise our clients on which path might be best but the choice is always yours.
We#39;re excited to hear from you! Please use our contact form to set up a meeting with our partnerships team. Once we review your company#39;s needs and develop a project plan together we can write a proposal with cost and timeline.
