Fieldwork has been a leader in world-class marketing research services and facilities since 1980. As market research has expanded from the standard focus group to incorporate other methodologies and technologies Fieldwork has expanded with it.
In 1980 Fieldwork set the standard for research facilities by building one of the very first viewing facilities in the US. Our 15 facilities in 12 US markets continue to innovate allowing us to continually improve our clients experience.

In 1994 Fieldwork set up a separate service to help clients manage their multi-market projects and called it Fieldwork Network. In 2001 we added an international team. Since then Fieldwork has helped clients through thousands of projects in over 50 countries.

Fieldworks National Recruiting Center (NRC) evolved from a quantitative phone room launched in 1996. As clients needs changed the Fieldwork Quantwork division found themselves doing more recruiting for difficult and far-flung qualitative research. They became such experts at quality recruiting across the nation they officially rebranded as NRC in 2014.

For some time Fieldworkers had been brainstorming about how we could give our clients the Fieldwork facility experience in non-facility locations and settings. Fieldwork Anywhere was launched in 2012 and has completed 100+ projects in various venues from Bakersfield (CA) to Bangor (ME). (And we are starting to expand outside the US!)
