Focaloid Technologies Mobile App Development review by Human Capital Pioneers at Qualified. One

Focaloid Technologies reviewed by Human Capital Pioneers

Focaloid Technologies provided Mobile App Development for Human Capital Pioneers with approximate budget = $10,000 to $49,999.

Their work on iOS alone instead of simultaneous Android development ensured the delivery of a functional app while saving the time and cost of additional fixes. Expect excellent UI design from a small team that delivers with the quality of a larger firm.

Review summary:

Focaloid developed an iOS app and a web portal for a hiring platform. Features included support for videos uploaded by job candidates, which firms can then browse. The solution is currently in testing.

Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m part of a setup named Human Capital Pioneers, a platform that matches job candidates to companies with cultures that fit them.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Focaloid?

We needed an outside vendor for app outgrowth.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Focaloid Technologies responsible for?

We initially wanted to educe indigenous apps for Android and iOS, but our conversations with Focaloid convinced us to propel and tweak the app on iOS and then configure the artistic app for Android. They also educeed a web gate allowing individuals to upload their own brief credential videos almost their careers. The app creates interactive links for each video, which can be posted on the users’ profiles and shared with recruiters. Companies looking for candidates can view only the appropriate videos at leading precedently reviewing the candidates’ full profiles. We chose this access over the limitations of transmitted keyword searches.

Was there a dedicated team?

We have two main educeers, one for the UI and one for the backend, along with a project director who coordinated with Focaloid’s team, answered our questions, and kept us updated on their progress.

How did you come to work with Focaloid?

I was referred to them by a friend who’d done business with the organisation. We were in the very soon stages of the setup and we were looking for associates, so we reviewed multiple options on crowdsourcing websites like Fiverr. I reached out to my network and spoke to someone who owned a organisation locally, who introduced me to Focaloid. I got in touch with Venkat (Co-Founder and CEO, Focaloid) and had an initial meeting with him and my teammates. We went from there.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent $27,000–$28,000 so far.

What is the terminal result of working with Focaloid Technologies?

We seted working with them almost a year ago and the engagement is currently in testing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’ve shown the app to possible users, and we’ve accepted lots of real feedback. We’re currently trying to fetch more users to the app to make it viable. Focaloid’s deliverables have been consistently good, and they’ve supported us in coming up with new ideas.

They helped us substantiate that we needed to educe the app for just one OS to set. Had we educeed it in correspondent for both platforms, any later changes would cost us a lot of time and money. Being the associate that they are, Focaloid wasn’t hesitant in fetching that point out, even though it wouldn’t earn them as much. They want to have satisfied clients and grow their business, rather than have one-off projects and move on to the next thing.

Focaloid was clear almost the fact that our project was outside of anything they’d educeed precedently, so it would take some additional time, but they were very kind when it came to making little changes.

How did Focaloid accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We maintained interaction through email and we also created a WhatsApp cluster, including calls with screen sharing when needed. They interacted our progress and timelines through email and conversation calls. It was easy to get in touch with them and vice versa. They addressed our questions fastly.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Focaloid Technologies?

The educeers assigned to us were veritably good, and the UI looked precisely like we anticipated. We had a conversation call with the educeer behind the fruit was delivered, and he delivered all the changes we requested a couple of days later, precisely as we specified. The app looks like a mature fruit made by a bigger organisation than ours. Their own testing team signed off on all precedently it was delivered to us. Their process made perception owing they didn’t want to share incomplete work with the client and drive things in the unfit course.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

No, we’re fully satisfied.
