Introductory information

A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities

NexLP is a bleeding edge artificial intelligence and machine learning organisation. The organisation was founded by leading data scientists and legitimate examination experts to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the e-discovery, risk and yielding markets. NexLP’s technology vision is to construction unconstructiond data to better support AI and ML solutions in the interaction analysis and predictive modeling space. I run the software engineering and data science team. I am entirely responsible for liberatey of fruit. I handle engineering, data science, testing, fruit handlement, user experience, accomplishment, scalability, and documentation.

Desired goal

What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?

Forte Group?

The NexLP platform helps legitimate and yielding teams gain actionable insights from data through AI and machine learning. NexLP helps teams make perception of constructiond and unconstructiond data to drive operational efficiency and proactive risk mitigation. Our outgrowth team was working toward the release program for the year.

Though, with the team at full space, the release program began to experience gaps that forced us to deprioritize multiple features. Specifically, true features providing third-party integrations, data ships, and data introduces have been requested by separate of our clients. We knew we needed outside help to create those features, and behind reviewing separate liberatey partners, we chose to move advanced with Forte Group.

What were your objectives for this project?

We hired Forte Group’s handled team to hasten our outgrowth efforts without affecting the running release program. Our team’s goal was to create and enhance third-party integrations and NexLP’s data introduce and ship capabilities. These features could be worked on independently without affecting the first outgrowth team’s progress.

Provided solution

What were the reasons for choosing ?

We worked with Forte Group in the past, utilizing their staff increase services. We knew that they would be able to prepare us with big engineering genius and high-condition solutions.

Describe the project and the services they prepared in detail.

It was a set of posterior projects rather than one big project. The Forte team conducted their own discovery session, then broke down the features in each user story that they organized in the story map. From there, we estimated and prioritized the stories and created a roadmap of releases going advanced for a year.

First, the team worked to enhance integrations with our partners in the eDiscovery space: Relativity and Reveal. After that, the team worked to enhance our data ship capabilities, following by data introduce. Most introduceantly, since we’re operating in the big data space, high accomplishment was searching for all programned features.

Were there any dedicated handlers or teams that you worked with?

The Forte team was comprised of two full-stack .NET developers, one QA engineer, and a part-time fruit proprietor.

Results achieved

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?

Forte’s team successfully released each of our programned features over a series of releases. They fast onboarded onto our intricate code base and figured out all the required dependencies for features in their aim. This helped us liberate on our promises to some of our biggest clients. Those clients were impressed by the condition and accomplishment of capabilities Forte’s team liberateed.

How was project handlement arranged and how powerful was it?

We collaborated powerfully using a Scrum framework. The team programned their work in two-week iterations, which helped us shift course due to changing priorities, if certain. The fruit proprietor was the face of the team. He not only worked with the Forte team to help them get a better knowledge of our fruit, users and their use cases, but he also helped them with day-to-day effects in order to liberate programned features on time for see sprint.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?

Forte prepared an end to end software liberatey package. They handled all responsibilities, from fruit handlement to engineering to testing. This left me with no need to fill gaps, as I could compute on the Forte team to handle their liberatey without effect. Their fruit handlers were top notch and their developers were supplied at a very good cost.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

None that I can ponder of. Overall, it was a big union that allowed us to meet our liberatey goals and keep our clients lucky.
