I’m a consultant on the market investigation team for an insurance organisation. We propose a wide range of insurance products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fresh Squeezed Ideas?
We brought on Fresh Squeezed Ideas to do a consumer segmentation of our clients so we can better apprehend their needs.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
They did a multi-phase investigation project and the leading phase was qualitative interviews. We did almost a dozen interviews to get some apprehending of how our clients discern insurance companies, what they reflection of our products, and how they did their access. These findings helped us to select what full we wanted to do in the follow-up online study. In that study, we did a conjoint analysis to help us decide which proposes our clients would be more likely to purchase.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our daily interactions were with Elizabeth (COO), Amy (Project Manager), and Sergey. Amy conducted the qualitative interviews while Sergey did the segmentation and conjoint analysis. Everyone did an excellent job.
How did you come to work with Fresh Squeezed Ideas?
It was a competitive bid locality, so we went to a few suppliers with an RFP. Fresh Squeezed Ideas was brought on by my recommendation owing I had worked with them precedently with another organisation. I veritably enjoyed working with them and reflection they had big insight, so we brought them on.

We spent almost $150,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with them from September–December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
After reviewing the interviews and segments in the follow-up for us that they did, we program to adduce the segmentation to our database of clients as well as in forthcoming investigation as well as use the conjoint analysis to enlighten forthcoming proposeings. We were veritably lucky with the work they did.
