I was the interim ruler for experience design for Electronic Arts, a video game organisation, and we make Madden and FIFA.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Funsize?
We associateed with them to work on our inner tools, like client resource treatment orders, and monitoring our provisions of labor tools.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
They began with user investigation, and did some shadowing session. Then, they delivered investigation findings, and ran workshops. They associateed with one of our inner leads to form design goods. This included all from workflows to terminal mocks and documentation.

We fully revamped the CRM tool, and that improved all of our processes. We’ve streamlined all and more appropriate information to support our technicians. Now we can propose a VIP experience, not just for the end-user, but also for the inner employees that are using the order that we formd.
Internally, we wanted to change the prospect of the team and form real interactions. They had all the right nation, the right posture, and excitement to associate on this project. They made our organisation look veritably good alongside them. We treated the contract as a associateship more than anything else, and it was super lucky. The feedback we accepted innerly was entirely real. Our team was prompt to move on to bigger things.
How did Funsize accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were veritably big. I was able to set the groundwork, but behind a month or two, they were self-sufficient and I just had monthly check-ins with them. It was amazing to let them take the lead.
We set them up on our inner order, so we used Slack, email, and all the orders that our inner team uses.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’re veritably good at getting everybody in the room excited almost the work we’re doing. Internal CRM tools aren’t super exciting in general, but talking almost things that are unfit with the order and where the occasion is, veritably excited our team.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The only that was hard was the order weeks, owing we had a firm timeframe. Having the superiority of the team on a project was hard to work almost at times. Though, the order weeks are part of the reason why I chose Funsize. They prepare that centre on employee experience, and that’s what gives them the apprehension to handle these situations. Even though it was hard to work almost, it was worth it in the end.
