What challenge were you trying to address with Gadgeon Smart Systems Inc.?
We needed a powerful outgrowth and engineering structure to help us layer out. We worked on a much littleer layer with them in the past, but our relationship has grown as we expanded.

What was the aim of their involvement?
They are an extended engineering center for us, and they prepare developers, testers, and network engineers to enhance our capabilities. They work on our connectivity handlement platform and our location-based services platform. They also help with our infrastructure and network. In provisions of technologies, they help us with .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra, SQL, and queuing technologies.

We have a team of almost 160 engineers on their side.
How did you come to work with Gadgeon Smart Systems Inc.?
They were occupied on a little layer when I joined my organisation. Our preceding CEO met with their CEO, which is how the collaboration seted. When I came on board, we determined to significantly augment our engineering capabilities. We did a cost evaluation of a few vendors, and Gadgeon Smart Systems Inc. came out on top.
How much have you invested with them?
We',ve spent between $1 million-$5 million on their work since the set of the collaboration.
What is the status of this engagement?
We seted working in this new space in October 2018. The work is ongoing.

The condition of their work and the resources they prepare are big. They get us the right developers at the right experienceset, and they set up a training program to impart the team almost our business and our specific implementation process.

Their project handlement is very good. They keep us up to date on a day-to-day basis, and they do all certain to help us layer up. They',re metrics-driven, and they handle assignments and team members. They',re very proactive, and they work within our processes. We handle them as an extension of our team, so they use all our inner tools for interaction and project handlement.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They',re an innovative shop, and we',ve worked on a couple of opportunities unitedly in the healthcare space. They work in some interesting technologies, and they do a good job. They',re the right fit for us, and their CEO is constantly in touch. They',ve assigned good resources to our account, and they take good care of us.
Are there any areas they could better?
It would be big if they could hire faster, but that',s not always practicable in this market. That',s the only recommendation I have for them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Work with them closely to set up what you want to do, then ponder of them as an extension of your own team. The collaboration will work better that way.
