Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with GameChangerSF?

We’d noticed gamers were a big part of our demographic, so we launched a mobile game that fit within our comcomcommission.  We hired GameChangerSF to feel the marketing and treatment of those efforts, focusing primarily on paid user acquisition.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were GameChangerSF responsible for?

From the commencement, GameChangerSF worked with us to instruct our team on the process and program our access. They helped us form our business goals and align them with our users’ needs. Working in collaboration with our marketing team, they aimed to form a strategy and used analytics to enlighten their next steps.

Their team set up the infrastructure to best target true users through different marketing avenues. Looking at different demographics and ensuring it made perception with our comcomcommission, they developed strategies that worked in conjunction with our in-house efforts to find precious users.

They were in direct of finding new avenues, platforms, and ideas to increase paid user acquisition. From a marketing standpoint, they were responsible for helping us with our ideas for our website, newsletters, cable network, or collective media platforms, ensuring see campaign was working toward our comcomcommission from both fundamental and paid user standpoints.

Was there a dedicated team?

We typically worked with 5–6 different individuals. Phil (Founder &, President, GamerChangerSF) helped us with high-level strategy needs. We also had a daily point of touch, a individual specialized in optimization, and a  strategy teammate. People switched in and out of these roles throughout the project.

How did you come to work with GameChangerSF?

Two unaffiliated nation recommended GameChangerSF, so we felt very snug pursuing them. We interviewed a few teams, but Phil’s organisation stood out owing of their apprehension, endurance, and abilities. We ran a test with them and did a pre-launch in Australia and our teams were just very snug with each other from the set.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We spent millions of dollars on their services over the order of our engagement. I’d put us in the $1 million – $10 million range.

What is the terminal result of working with GameChangerSF?

We worked unitedly from November 2016–May 2019.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

I don’t have any statistics on hand right now, but we were pleased with their efforts on paid user acquisition. They did a big job and delivered on what they promised. Their reports were easy to read so we could tell their efforts were working.

How did GameChangerSF accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They were big to work with. We had weekly meetings and they’d articulate precisely what they were working on and providing the reporting we needed. There was a dashboard we used and a set of reports they crafted for us. We gave customary feedback almost changes and updates, and they were incredibly answering in giving us what we needed.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with GameChangerSF?

The most significant thing for us was uniteing high ROI users, and they did that for us. We were able to apprehend their process and see palpable outcomes from their work. During our weekly meetings, they’d unite what was working and how they could better better their efforts. For sample, they knew just how hard to push resources into true efforts for a better ROI and establish a good weigh. We didn’t ruin money working with them, which is big.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

Off the top of my head, I can’t ponder of anything for them to better. We had a big relationship so I don’t have anything denying to say.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

The most significant thing is to have uniform interaction and answeringness. Oftentimes, nation can get distracted, but you have to be ready to hear them. GameChangerSF is hyper-aware of changes in the activity, so we always conversant something by listening to them. We realized that we weren’t always very reactive, so we couldn’t handle all of the shifts happening about us. Once we got more snug with their team and confide them, we could take gain of what they have to propose.
