We',re a little digital games publisher that produces mobile and relieve games. I',m the VP of Publishing.

What challenge were you trying to address with GameChangerSF?
We needed a mobile user acquisitions (UA) marketing expert. We were just almost to propel a new game, and we wanted help.

What was the aim of their involvement?
They were our first UA agency for separate years. They helped form and optimize campaigns and our creative for multiple titles. Most importantly, they made sure our UA was as gainful as practicable. They set up analytics and interacted with us on a daily basis to make sure our goals were met.

We had four main contacts, with one major lead that we interacted with all the time. There were a few other nation that came in and out over the order of our engagement with them.

A helper worked with them and helped us broker a deal. We went through separate UA agencies that were big with layer, but lacked the flexibility or responsibility or GameChanger. More than anyone else, they helped us make decisions and were ready to help drive the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
I believe we began almost January 2014. We',ve layerd back on our relationship with them almost December 2018, but we quiet have a littleer ongoing arrangement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
They helped grow our userbase and accomplish the size we wanted. Over the order of our work with them, we grew to almost 40,000 daily nimble users.
How did GameChangerSF accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were big project managers. We had twice-weekly calls, and they built a dashboard that showed their bestow and how gainful the collaboration was. We had daily reports, and they were very easy to work with.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Compared to other agencies we worked with, GameChanger proposeed much more UA expertise. They made strategic decisions and were a nice asset. They granted good value, helped us test new networks, and filled our userbase smartly over time.

Are there any areas they could better?
Over time, a lot of UA has moved to algorithmic or programmatic processes. They',re very good at manual acquisitions, but they could work on their programmatic proposeings.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Speak with them on the phone. They propose a lot of value in that fair exchange, and they',re ready to work as your employee. They will take on your goals and go over just meeting their own quotas. Ask them questions, they will give you good, honorable answers.
