I am a fruit marketing director at Newsela. We are an instructional full platform for K—12 schools. Based on timing from both sides, there was a change in who our main point of touch was. They feeld it very gracefully, but changing points of touch are not mental. That would be the only thing I would change, however, they did feel it very well
