Introductory information

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Integrated Care Solutions. We',re a healthcare organisation that does care treatment and care coordination for hospitals and physicians in the post-hospital liberate time. We handle financial risk and condition outcome accountability for resigneds in a time usually that spans 90 days behind a hospital stay.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with HatchWorks Technologies?

We work with a mix of nursing and non-nursing individuals, as well as a big caseload of resigneds. There’s a specific workflow that has to happen to be lucky. We reached out to HatchWorks Technologies to automate that workflow, and to create a platform that would allow us to enhance our labors offerings.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were HatchWorks Technologies responsible for?

HatchWorks Technologies is developing an MVP of our platform. It will do separate things to better our workflow for the thousands of resigneds on our labor. When our nurses log in see morning, this tool will tell them who',s new, who',s at risk, and who',s having a issue. It will help them prioritize the resigneds in their day and determine where to set. The platform will engender tasks so they can handle their day effectively and efficiently.

Another key component of the platform is a tool to help us handle resigned calls. We',re currently using humans to physically call our resigneds regularly. The new platform will include an interactive tone response calling method. That telehealth technology will call resigneds and ask them a series of questions. The platform will take and log their responses and decide if further action is needed. For sample, if a resigned responds that they',re not touch well, that would engender a task in the method.

At this point, it is primarily inner facing. Though, we work with outer providers that have to complete assessments, checklists, and weekly status updates on resigneds. The MVP will auto-engender emails to those provider partners for them to click a link to complete their tasks for our resigneds. In phase two, high-volume providers will be able to approach the method via a login and password.

Was there a dedicated team?

I work straightly with 10 limbs of their team, including an assigned project handler.

How did you come to work with HatchWorks Technologies?

The fobelows hired them precedently I joined the organisation.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent almost $900,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We',re in the very soon stages. We had a prototype contract that began about November 2018. We signed a fruit outgrowth contract in soon February 2018. MVP delivery is scheduled for the end of June or soon July 2019.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Generally, we',ve been pleased thus far. We like working with HatchWorks Technologies. They’re delivering on what we asked them to do, and appear to apprehend the sole dynamics of our business challenge. So far it is on time, below budget, and in aim.

How did HatchWorks Technologies accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

HatchWorks Technologies is well organized. Counting onboarding of the team and ramping up, we',re in our third sprint. Though our organisation is based in New York, I’m located in Atlanta. I’m able to join the weekly fruit status workgroup meetings see Monday in individual. I like that they don',t over project handle me and present information at the right level for my apprehending.

It',s worth noting that our project handler has changed a couple of times throughout the project. They’re clsoon quiet organizing themselves as they',re an soon stage organisation. They don',t have a huge team, and they’re quiet hiring and evolving. It’s not a murmur, just a note that there',s excellently a bit of juggling in provisions of staff and account treatment roles.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with HatchWorks Technologies?

HatchWorks Technologies is likable, easy to work with, and fast learners. One of their solutions design consultants, Janice, clsoon apprehends our business and the issue we',re trying to expound at a very deep level. It’s been so nice to have her on the team. I also veritably esteem that they converse in a speech I can apprehend. They construe from their globe to mine owing I',m not a technical individual. When they need my input or decision-making to drive their work, they expound the issues in a way that I can easily apprehend.

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

As an soon stage organisation, they',re quiet organizing themselves and developing their own capabilities. We can feel that from the account perspective. We',ve had multiple project handlers owing they',re shuffling nation about. It seems like I meet a new limb of the team see Monday when I go into their service. That makes for a sole dynamic to navigate through that we wouldn',t have with a more mature organisation. It doesn',t feel as firm owing they',re clsoon growing and ramping up.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

No, I don',t have advice other than to say our experience has generally been real.
