Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I work in the client experience and fruit treatment cluster for a bridal store chain. My responsibility is to make sure our technology initiatives are adding value to our organisation and client experience.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Heady?

We were looking to outsource the outgrowth and treatment of our mobile app. Another vendor had already developed the app, but we were looking for less costly options for maintaining the app in its mature stage.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

The antecedent vendor transitioned the app (iOS and Android) to Heady',s team, which is now actively working on adding to, cleaning up, and maintaining the antecedently built code.

Within the app, brides can curate their favorite dresses and espousals fruits preceding to coming into their fix in one of our stores. One component Heady built out is a quiz to help determine a particular bride',s personal phraseology and dresses she may be interested in. While e-commerce capabilities are built into the app, the main office is to embolden and fit users to make in-store fixments through the app.

Was there a dedicated team?

I work with a amazing fruit director, Andrea (Senior Product Manager, Heady). We fling a lot of work at her without a lot of tenor, but she',s handles it fully. I couldn',t handle the app without her help.

We also work with an iOS engineer, an Android engineer, a QA resource, a backend developer, and a outgrowth operations engineer.

How did you come to work with Heady?

The vendor that originally built the app recommended them to us.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We',ve invested almost $600,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

The transition of the app from our antecedent vendor to Heady occurred between April to June 2017, and they last to maintain it for us.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

The transition went smoothly. We ran into a few issues when we attempted to propel the antecedent vendor',s code, but Heady',s team did seething they could to clean it up and fix any bugs, remaining extremely occupied and answering throughout the process.

How did Heady accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Heady',s team liberates satisfactory results, despite our frequently foolish demands. We tend to fling them many tasks at the last diminutive, but their team remains answering and has never missed a deadline.

Andrea connects with me a couple times see other week to go over the status of their work, providing clear expectations on both liberateables and timelines.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

I feel as though their team is a part of ours, they basically act as the fruit proprietor of our mobile app. Despite the lack of tenor or time I prepare Andrea, I can fully confide her to liberate big results in the best interest of our organisation. I couldn',t do it without her.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

No. They',ve been amazing.
