What challenge were you trying to address with HiTech Service?

We are using Jira actively for project treatment. Everything goes through it, from lifecycles to statuses, and so on. We’re also using Perforce, which is integrated with Jira, as a rise control method and document treatment tool. When we form a work item, we’ll know which files have changed, kindred to it. We have a continuous deployment process. There is very close, good interaction. We’re using Skype, similarly to almost seeone else working remotely.

The value is top notch. You get more than what you pay for. They want to make their clients lucky and that comes athwart in the caliber of their work. What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
There is room for advancement in oral interaction given that they are not indigenous English speakers. The interaction could better, but it',s quiet has been very good as they have a lot of excellent English speakers.

Have open interaction and don',t make things stiff. If you keep the process pliant, they',ll complete tasks fastly and do excellent work.
