I was the senior ruler of brand and advertising for Blue Shield of California, a major health insurance organisation.

What particular tasks were HUb responsible for?
First, we reviewed our running client portfolio and the areas of expansion from a business strategy standpoint. We then did quantitative and qualitative client investigation, and shared that data with Hub Strategy and Communication. Next, the team generated a new tagline and introduced it to the market with a mass media advertising campaign. They produced over 10 television spots and dozens of digital goods for collective marketing. The union focused on the interaction architecture for the overall brand and personal fruit portfolios. Advertising targeted Medicare clients, singles, young families, and those with PPO and health livelihood structure programs.
